Craven Motor Club Limited Presents The Hullavington Sprint SUNDAY 22 MARCH 2015 A qualifying round of the: Top Performance Services ACSMC Sprint Championship, Bridge Tyres & Wheels Point S ASWMC Sprint Championship ASEMC Speed Championship Revington TR/TR Register Championship Supplementary Regulations www.craven-motor-club.co.uk

A New Motorsport Venue in the South. Craven Motor Club Limited in association with the British Army Motorsports Association (BAMA) are pleased to announce the Hullavington Sprint, at an entirely new location just north of Junction 17 of the M4. Unlike many airfield sprints, this is not based on the runways, as it uses a large proportion of the perimeter road, making it more challenging and much longer at 2.0 miles, than many airfield sprints. An element of the event is based around raising money for the military charity, Combat Stress (Charity Registration No 206002). The charity is the UK s leading veterans mental health charity and is currently helping in excess of 5600 ex-servicemen and women. The charity was formed in 1919 and has as its patron HRH The Prince of Wales. More information can be found at www.combatstress.org.uk As the funding raising is such an important part of this event you will notice that we ask you to make a separate contribution of 20.00 towards the charitable part of the event rather than simply incorporating it into the entry fee. It should be noted that as a donation it cannot be refunded. Whilst this may be paid separately, it is a mandatory part of the entry package. In addition to your direct contributions, we also donate a percentage of any surplus made from the event towards the charity. Being a new event, and a qualifying round of a number of championships, please be advised that despite there being 100 places, this event may be oversubscribed and hence a delayed entry will mean disappointment. We are not reserving any spaces for any of the Championship contenders and entries will be dealt with purely on first come, first served basis. Supplementary Regulations Page 2
