Entering is simple and easy, just choose the link that you require below and fill out the form, after you submit if it is successful you will receive a thank you message. All horse papers, APHA cards and APHC cards can also be uploaded directly onto the form. Note to Exhibitors: Class Entries/changes can be made at the show. Our show secretary has requested that you complete your Class Entries on the Master Entry Form in advance of the show. This will help her set up the classes in advance of the show. Please help her do her job as efficiently as possible. Please notify gate-person of scratches. It is the exhibitors responsibility to ensure the gate person and show secretary are aware of any classes added or scratched! All Inclusive Flat Fee for APHC members only $350/horse (includes office and APHA fees) *See below note for details. Does not include Stake Class entry or stabling Individual Class Entry Fee : $90/class (includes office and APHA fees) Note: Exhibitors choosing to pay the All Inclusive Fee are eligible to show in any class, any division with any rider on that particular horse. Entry fees: Youth Walk Trot 5-10 classes are free. The Youth Walk Trot 5-10 can also show in the Youth Halter class for free. There will be a $50.00 Office Fee for Youth Walk Trot competitors Entry fees: Youth Leadline free (not an APHA class) and all youth competitors in leadline must wear a helmet. Note: If there are less than 3 entries per class it is the show management s discretion to combine the class. Signature Series Open to Solid Paint Bred and Regular Registry ages 3 and up. No nomination required but horse owner must be APHC member before entry considered received. Entry form and $125 entry fee must be received by 7pm night before show starts. $500.00 added money to each futurity (subject to sponsorship). $100 of entry fee goes into purse. In addition to purse payout, embroidered jacket awarded to winner at the next show All Ages HUS held at June Show; All Ages Trail held at July Show ; All Ages Western Pleasure held at September show. Not required to enter all 3, but award will be given to overall winner at end of the year. Rules (exhibitor s responsibility to read) and entry form on APHC website. Trail Warm-up The Trail Warm-up course will be set up on Saturday evening. Please listen for announcements regarding the times available for warm-up and when the arena will be closed for the evening.
STABLING: $85/stall (includes Fri. & Sat. nights only). Please note you must have your stalling form submitted by July 7 or you will be charged a $10.00 late fee. PLUG-INS: Plug-ins are available and will be assigned by the stall manager. Please ensure this is indicated on your show forms. $25/night/plug-in. If you are not stabling, there is a haul in fee of $30/horse for the show. Early and Late arrivals are booked directly on your stabling form. Early arrivals are no earlier than Thursday July 13 at 4 pm. Exhibitors please note: Performance Halter eligibility according to APHA rules states that horses must compete in a minimum of one performance class, other than showmanship, at the same show to be eligible. Horses are not eligible for other open halter classes if exhibiting in performance halter. For Safety reasons there will be ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED in the riding arena. All dogs in your trailer area must be kept on a leash. All dogs must be on a leash and under strict control at all times. The APHC, its Board of Directors, organizers, and volunteers shall not be held responsible for any injury or death of person(s), or animal(s) or damage to property during this event. All owners and exhibitors stable, exhibit, and enter the show grounds at their own risk. All spectators also enter the show grounds at their own risk.
