PPBHS Music Parents Association Membership Application 2015-2016 Our dedicated and passionate group of volunteers supports the Point Pleasant Beach High School Music Department (Band & Chorus). Members raise funds, host events, and support our music students and director. Funds raised by the Music Parents Association (MPA) are utilized for: Music Scholarships, Annual Trips, the End-of-Year Banquet, and extra needs of the Music Department. The golf outing is the major fundraiser for our scholarship committee, which in 2015 awarded over $5,000 in scholarships and awards to worthy student/athletes. This year s event will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Woodlake Country Club Lakewood, NJ. The outing will consist of a barbeque lunch and golf at Woodlake Country Club followed by dinner and awards presentation at Martell s Seabreeze on the Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk. The success of this outing is directly attributed to those of you who have played golf, sponsored holes, or made donations of prizes.
