105th Rose Bowl Game presented by Northwestern Mutual The 105th Rose Bowl Game presented by Northwestern Mutual will be held on January 1, 2019. Come early and enjoy pre-game activities including tailgates, university band performances and more. On January 1, free shuttle buses will be available at Parsons Parking Lot, at the corner of Union Street and De Lacey Ave. in Pasadena. SAFETY GUIDELINES The Tournament of Roses Association is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests. We encourage you to review our complete safety and security information at tournamentofroses.com. Rose Parade safety tips and guidelines are also provided by the City of Pasadena at cityofpasadena.net. Rose Bowl Game safety tips and guidelines can be found in the Game Day Guide on tournamentofroses.com. The Rose Bowl Stadium utilizes a clear bag policy for all events at the Rose Bowl Stadium, including the Rose Bowl Game. For additional information, please visit rosebowlstadium.com for a list of rules and prohibited items. Prohibited Items Prohibited items along the parade route include: weapons, sticks, poles, drones, glass bottles and any items which may cause injury or interfere with the parade or spectators' enjoyment of the parade. See Something, Say Something As part of ongoing efforts to provide a safe environment in which to enjoy its many events, the Pasadena Tournament of Roses has partnered with the City of Pasadena and the Pasadena Police Department in See Something, Say Something, a nationwide campaign to raise the public s awareness of indicators of terrorism and to emphasize the need to report suspicious behavior promptly to the proper law enforcement authorities. If you witness a crime in progress or other emergencies, call 9-1-1. TRANSPORTATION Guests can obtain street closure information in December from the Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau at visitpasadena.com or 877.793.9911. Metro Skip the traffic and hassle of parking and Go Metro to the Rose Parade by connecting to the Metro Gold Line. The stations with the best access to the parade route are: DEL MAR STATION Walk two blocks north to the parade route. MEMORIAL PARK STATION Walk two blocks south to the parade route. LAKE STATION Walk four blocks south to the parade route. PARKING Reserved parking for automobiles, buses and recreational vehicles is available for purchase through Sharp Seating Company, 626.795.4171; City of Pasadena, 626.744.6440; LAZ Parking, 626.578.1705; Easy Parking Service, 626.286.7576; and Colorado Boulevard Parking, 858.692.0868 or 949.295.6537. Paid parking is also offered on a first-come, first-served basis at various lots and parking structures near the parade route. Overnight parking on Pasadena streets begins at noon the day before the parade, for that evening only. All No Parking areas and red curb zones remain off-limits, and vehicles in violation will be subject to impound and a fine. There is no parking allowed on the parade route itself. Illegally parked vehicles will be impounded. RV Parking In addition to RV parking available from Sharp Seating Company, overnight RV parking is available in Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl Stadium prior to January 1. RVs must be completely self-contained; there are no hook-ups. Space is limited and made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted. PARADE DAY GUIDE 2019 Rose Parade Grandstand Seating Reserved grandstand seating for the Rose Parade is available for purchase through Sharp Seating Company, the Official Grandstand Seating and Ticketing Company, from February 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Every person must have a ticket to sit in the reserved grandstands. The only exception is for children two years of age or younger who have the option of sitting on an adult s lap, otherwise they must have a ticket. Contact Sharp Seating Company at 626.795.4171 or sharpseating.com. Tickets for limited wheelchair-accessible seating at grandstand locations are also sold through Sharp Seating Company.
