The Organizers have a right to refuse to give accreditations to teams who will not follow this rule. The Organizing Committee does not cover costs of delegation. The costs of accommodation and transportation from Barcelona airport / train station and Reus airport to the official Hotel (go and back) have to be paid via bank transfer to the VIAJES EL CORTE INGLES S.A. ANEX: Accommodation booking form. The participating delegations are responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers. Transportation from the hotel to the Sports Center: Accreditation: Insurance: Judges: The transportation from the Hotel Playa Park Salou to the Sports Center of Constantí (go and back) will be by bus during the competition day: 9 May. The organization will publish the price and schedules of the transport as soon as possible. The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in Hotel Playa Park Salou. It will be held in the Reception. Heads of Delegation must check the correct names of their groups; present passports and insurances for all delegation members; make all necessary payments (please, bring all copies of transfers with you when you come to Salou), give two (2) copies of their group s competition music CD and a CD with the National anthem (max 45 sec) All participants should have their own health & accidents insurance as the organizer will not be responsible. Delegations are responsible for their members having adequate insurance coverage against accidents, illness and other travel risks! Each delegation has to provide min 1 and max 3 judges of International or National Level. The Judges with International Level will have priority for complete the judge panel. If the participating delegation does not have Judge, is possible to contact with IFAGG and ask which Judges is available to be present in this competition. AEGEG offers free accommodation with full board to 12 Judges during: 8-10 of May (2 nights). Judges proposal (on IFAGG registration form) must be made to IFAGG via e-mail: office@ifagg.com and to Organizing AEGEG Committee via email: info@aegeg.com until 8 of April. IFAGG nominates and confirms judges list after due dates of judges registration. The draw of the competition order will take place during the meeting. The tickets to the entry to the Sport Center during the competition it remains to be confirmed. The organization will publish the price as soon as possible. The Sports Center has a limited capacity of 500 people.
