2016-2017 4-H Story **Required** The 4-H story is an opportunity for you to share your experiences in the 4-H program and summarize your years as a 4-H member. While your 4-H story is a record of all your years in 4-H, you should emphasize your experiences during the this 4-H Year. Use your General and Award Summary Forms to help you! Recommended Length First year members: 1 2 pages 2-3 years in 4-H: 1 3 pages 4+ years in 4-H: 2 4 pages We prefer a typed story, but feel free to use page 6 to hand write your story. Don t be intimidated by telling your 4-H story! This is not being graded and no one is checking your grammar or spelling. 4-H Story Guidelines Part 1 - About You! How old are you and when did you join 4-H? How did you learn about 4-H? Why did you join 4-H? Who are your family members? What are your interests and hobbies? What are your future/career plans?
