Welcome Letter On behalf of Iron Girl, I wish to welcome you to the 2014 Iron Girl Clermont event consisting of a 5k Fun Run, Super Sprint, and Sprint Triathlon. I am very passionate about this sport, and am honored to share this event with you. You will enjoy a beautiful swim in Lake Minneola, a one-loop bike course for the Super Sprint and the two-loop bike course for the Sprint around Lake Minneola, and your run course will take you along the water on South Lake Trail. The supportive crowds will gather throughout Waterfront Park to view the swim finish, transition, run course and finish line in one location. The 5K will be on the South Lake Trail as well, starting and finishing in Waterfront Park. I would like to thank our sponsors and local partners including City of Clermont, LiveWell South Lake Hospital Campus, Sports Authority, The Cycling Hub, and all our local help for their support to make this event a reality. In addition, I would like to thank the volunteers who give so much. Their effort and support helps each participant realize her Iron Girl dream. Please take a moment to thank the volunteers! Enjoy your time in Clermont and good luck to you for a safe and successful race! Sarah Frey Event Manager
