It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that the (online) entry procedure has been successful. ATP Stadium has thirteen courts at main venue, 7 of which are floodlit. ATP Stadium has a large room for registration of the players and information purposes, Welcome office and Player desk. Sport Shops, Club House Facilities for spectators and competitors, two changing rooms facilities for man and two for women, doctors room, Sports Medicine Trainer room, Meeting room, equipped office for the ITF Referee, the ITF Staff, the ITF Representatives, Tournament Director and other official rooms. OFFICIAL BALLS: HEAD ATP: A minimum of four new balls will be provided for the first two sets. New balls will be provided for any third set. THE ALPFABETICAL MATCH LIST FOR Monday 25 th Sept 2017: Will be published immediately after the Main Draw finishes on Sunday 24 th Sept 2017 at 5:00 p.m. and will be available at the Welcome Office and official hotels. All players receive an email notifying them of the Alphabetical Match List for Monday 25 th Sept 2017 as part of the e-newsletter sent by our Online Tournament Administration system. The Main Draw is scheduled for Monday 25 th Sept 2017. All players must be available to play on this date, if required. Please note that if more than 64 entries are received in any event, a qualifying matches will be held immediately prior to the main draw. In this case, players on the qualifying acceptance list will be contacted directly with more information. All players MUST be available for play from Monday 25 th Sept 2017 and Sunday 1 st Oct 2017. Every evening at 9:00 p.m., the Daily Order of Play and Alphabetical schedule of play will be publish on the CSTA web site (www.htsv.hr) and the ITF Seniors website (www.itftennis.com/seniors). The organizer will send as part of the Online Tournament system, a newsletter to all participants and inform them about all above-mentioned documents. It is a player s responsibility to check the time of his/her matches and be available to play accordingly. PRACTICE COURTS: For the 2 days prior to the start of the event can be booked on arrival. The finals of all event will be played on Saturday, 30 th Sept and on Sunday, 1 st Oct 2017. Tournament conditions are subject to change by the tournament committee. All age categories will be played on red clay courts. B-TOURNAMENT MEN S & WOMEN S SINGLES EVENTS TO BE HELD The organizer accepted advise and recommendations of players to improve the organization of the tournament in 2017 so with the permission of the ITF on tournament in September 2017 (ITF GMP CUP, Grade A, with the official main event and consolation competitions there will also be held and additional B- tournament. On this additional B tournament will participate all players who are made reservation at the official hotel Istraturist Umag d.d., pursuant to published Accommodation List 2017 using tournament code following instructions written in Accommodation list This will satisfy the request of players which guarantee to play at least six matches regardless whether they were knocked out in second round of the main draw or in the first round of consolation and this of course without additional payment Entry Fee. B-tournament will start at the middle of the tournament week. The players who have lost his first singles match of the consolations event and those who have lost their second match in the singles main draw may participate and enter for it. Also only these players are allowed to attend welcome party without extra cost. Every participant will play several singles matches during the tournament week. TRANSPORTATION CAR HIRE: AIR: Ronchi Legionary International Airport in Trieste, Italy is situated approximately 112km (69.44 miles) from the hotel complex in Umag. Please note that there will be a charge for players and accompanying persons as follows: Cost of a two-way ticket from Ronchi Legionari Airport in Trieste, Italy to one of the Official Umag hotels (and back to the airport) is 65 per person AIR. Airport Pula, Croatia is situated approximately 80km (49.70 miles) from the hotel complex in Umag. Please note that there will be a charge for players and for accompanying persons as follows: Cost of a two-way ticket from Pula Airport, Croatia to one of the Official Umag hotels (and back to the airport) is 65 per person. There will be no transport provided from Zagreb International Airport. VISA RECOMMENDATION, RULES & CONDITIONS: If you are flying into Trieste airport, you will require a visa for Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, as the transport route transits via those countries. If you are arriving by train to Koper train station, you will require a visa for Slovenia and Croatia. Please contact the Croatian, Italian and Slovenian embassies in your country to find out about visa requirements for entry into Croatia, Italy and Slovenia. Should you require an invitation letter to apply for visas, the Croatian Tennis Association will forward you an appropriate letter. RULES & CONDITIONS PLAYERS: All players are required to report to the Match Control Centre desk 15 minutes before the scheduled time of their match. A player who is not ready to play 15 minutes after being called may be defaulted. OFFICIATING: Chair umpires will be provided for all Main Draw finals and semi-final matches singles and doubles. QUALIFYING: If the number of entries exceeds the draw size of 64 in any draw, a qualifying event will be held immediately prior to the main draw. MEDICAL AND TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATIONS: According to Section I, Rule 23 of the ITF Seniors Regulations, players are responsible for checking with their local health authority regarding medical recommendations for travel to the country hosting the ITF GMP CUP. Each player is responsible for ensuring that he/she (as well as any accompanying person) is fully and adequately covered by insurance for the purposes of attending and participating in the ITF International Championships of Croatia. The ITF Ltd, the host association, the host sites and tournament organizer cannot accept any liability for any participant or visitor in this respect. 7.
