Our business is creating an entertaining event that elevates your business and relationships in the eyes of your staff, suppliers, special customers, and fellow guests. Nestled in the hills overlooking Shad Bay, Granite Springs has handcrafted an 18-hole championship layout that captures the incredible beauty of the Bayside area. The 145-acre Granite Springs property is a dramatic collage of topographical features rarely found on one site. The site creates dramatic views, magnificent wetlands, creeks and ponds. Now your guests too can explore and voyage through the beauty that is Nova Scotia. At Granite Springs Golf Club, your perfect event awaits! The Tournament Booking package is designed to enable you to plan a successful event at one of Atlantic Canada s best golf facilities. Our commitment to you and your guests is to provide casual elegance, high quality food, a championship course, a unique golf landscape and outstanding service in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Included Tournament & Event Services IMPORTANT PROCEDURES, TIMELINES AND SUGGESTIONS Personal Event Coordinators: Our Golf and Food & Beverage Teams will be on-site to ensure that every detail associated with your event is handled with unparalleled care providing a seamless experience with first-rate service. Valet Bag Drop: All tournament participants golf equipment will be processed with care through the Valet Bag Drop by our outside services staff. Designated Registration Desk: A registration table will be set in a visible and accessible location. Customized Cart Name Plates: Event specific personalized cart name plates with individual names and/or company association will assist in the flow and professional image of your event. Practice Facility: Golfers can enjoy a spectacular view of Shad Bay while warming up on our practice facilities, which includes a driving range and putting green. On-Course Sponsor Signage: Tournament sponsorship and individual hole sponsor signage is welcome and Granite Springs staff will take care of distributing and collecting all signage on the golf course. Proximity Markers: Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive competition markers will be placed on the designated holes by the staff of Granite Springs and collected once everyone has passed for after-theround awards. Hole-in-Ones: All hole-in-ones will be set in place on the course by our professional staff to the yardages set forth on the insurance agreement. Scorecards: Personalized scorecards with attached rule sheets will be set and delivered to the carts. Sponsorship Signage: For a fee of $10 + HST per sign Granite Springs will produce hole signage for your sponsors.

Professional Scoring: Granite Springs staff will provide your event with professional scoring and a concise tournament summary. Starting Announcement: Every shotgun will have a personalized starting announcement to go over the rules of the day. Lead Out: Every shotgun start will have your participants led out to their starting holes. On-Course Players Assistants: Our staff will be on course to assist any needs of the group in addition to helping with the pace of play and enjoyment of the golf tournament. Golf Clinics: Enhance your event with a group golf lesson instructed by our Canadian PGA Professionals for a nominal fee.

Club Policies and Dress Code Granite Springs requests that all patrons adhere to our dress code at all times. Traditional golf attire must be worn on the golf course and at the practice facility. All clothing must appear neat in appearance without rips or holes. Examples of Accepted Apparel: Traditional Golf Shirts Mock/Turtleneck Shirts Traditional Slacks Tailored Bermuda Length Shorts Skirts (Women) Sleeveless Golf Shirts (Women Only) Examples of Unacceptable Apparel: Denim Jeans Denim Shorts Cut-off Shorts Bathing Suits Gym or Track Pants Scrubs Sleeveless Shirts (Men) Tank Tops Halter Tops T-Shirts Any Clothing That Displays Offensive Images or Language Any Footwear That May Damage The Golf Course Please respect our policy; players not complying will be approached by our professional staff

Tournament Organizer Checklist Secure Your Date Confirm the availability of the date you wish to host your event. The Event Sales Coordinator will forward you a copy of the contract. Please return the signed contract along with 10% deposit on the estimated value of your event to secure your date and times. Review the Tournament Menu Please review the included Tournament Event Menu for all your food and beverage needs. If you do not see something your event sales coordinator will strive to accommodate your every request. Final revisions to the tournament menu are due 14 days in advance. Ordering from the Corporate Catalogue Allow Granite Springs team to assist with your event prizing, welcome gifts and auction items. All deliveries to Granite Springs must be coordinated through the Event Sales Coordinator. Format and Contests The Event Sales Coordinator will discuss with you the format of play for the day as well as on course contests or special events that will greatly enhance your day. Finalizing Numbers Included in the tournament contract you will be required to confirm the minimum golfers to be billed 72 hours prior to your event date. Players List Please forward your complete foursome list from the template supplied to you 3 days prior to your event. Accuracy is critical to the success of the event and allows Granite Springs to provide the best possible service to your guests.

Tournament Packages & Rates Tournament Packages apply to groups of 28 to 144. Our Event Sales Coordinator will work with your organization to accommodate your specific tournament needs. All packages include: Groups 28 to 52 will be tee time only (tee times are separated in 9-minute intervals. Use of Putting Green & Driving Range. Full service bag-drop upon arrival bags placed on carts. Course and competition set up (proximity markers, putting contest, etc.). Access to locker room and showers (lockers and towels not included). Personalized score cards and power cart name plates. Score summary sheet. Speaker and mic set up on our patio, or in our dining areas. Carts will be lined up with name plate, scorecard, tournament rules and any other information required by the tournament organizer. Groups up to 72 players will receive 2 Green Fee Gift Certificates with a Cart to use as a prize. All groups over 72 players will receive 4 Green Fee Gift Certificate with 2 Carts. Golf Rates: 18 Hole Green Fees 9:00 am or 1:00pm Monday-Thursday $59 $69 Friday $79 $79 Weekends & Holidays $79 $69 Power Carts $10 per golfer Please Note: Prices do not include HST To close the course completely for your tournament there must be a minimum of 100 golfers. If your tournament is less than 100 golfers you may still have a shotgun start however, we reserve the right to determine the number of holes allocated in the shotgun start and to allow other golfers to play the course during your tournament. Each tournament is allotted a maximum of five hours to complete play. Foursomes only and must play by themselves, not with another foursome.

The clubhouse has commanding views of the bay, and the golf course, is perfectly appointed for the pre- and post-round relaxation with a restaurant, lounge, and expansive patio. All events are all handled with utmost care by our chef and catering staff with the one goal in mind.
