THE HONDA CLASSIC 5K Benefitting Place of Hope On January 19, 2019 the Honda Classic 5K will provide runners with a unique opportunity to traverse the picturesque Champion Golf Course at PGA National Resort & Spa. 800+ participants will get a special behind the scenes look at the tournament grounds just 30 days before the PGA TOUR pro s tee it up! Place of Hope s Human Trafficking Prevention, Education and Recovery program offers prevention and support groups including the My Life My Choice curriculum for youth at risk of being trafficked. Our volunteers and staff have distributed more than 4,000 items labeled with the National Human Trafficking Hotline to at-risk populations, reported 10 missing child tips to authorities and delivered over 80 corporate and community training presentations that reached more than 2,000 people. If no one takes action, these children will continue to live a life filled with abuse and neglect. Help us restore hope and break generational cycles of abuse, neglect, homelessness and human trafficking.
