MOVE MORE Move More provides tips, advice, a running club and a new couch to 5k programme to help you lead a more active lifestyle Current research suggests that sitting is the new smoking, with long periods of inactivity considered to be very bad for your health. This can be true even if you meet the recommended 150 minutes of exercise a week. Therefore we encourage you to find ways to get active. You could walk or cycle to University, or choose the stairs over the lift. Whatever you do Move More! MOVE MORE CHRIST CHURCH RUNNERS WE RUN EVERY WEDNESDAY LUNCHTIME FROM OLD SESSIONS HOUSE Christ Church Runners are a running club exclusively for members of the Canterbury Christ Church University community. The club meets weekly during lunchtimes to run a variety of fun routes located close to the Canterbury University Campus. They also compete in many events both locally and further afield. We aim to bring runners together from across our University, creating a community of athletes of all abilities, ranging from beginner to seasoned runner. We support our runners with regular updates, event suggestions, running workshops and advice.
