Michael Cox Training Coordinator My Experience I spent a decade working the streets as a police officer. I was a Field Training Officer (FTO) and developed the current training program for my former department. I also served as the lead firearms instructor for my department. I contracted with local ranges to offer firearms instruction to civilians. I took an early retirement as a decorated Corporal to help teach others about safety. I personally train the entire Washington division of one of the largest armed security companies in the U.S. I am proud to be a certified instructor in WA, CA, AZ, OR, and NV.
