Memorials Jackie was an exceptional woman. Jackie had a way of living that seemed soo

care free yet simultaneously concerned for those around her. Jackie was at times like a mother figure in my life, but most of the time, she was like an awesome aunt in my life. I was an intern at HSBC, and I sat directly across from Jackie. She was basically my cubemate. and for some hilarious reason, Jackie and I connected soo well. I would show her how I would pretend to work while trying to sleep sitting upright at my desk. She would tell me about her kids, and how Kevin played soo well at the piano and how she wanted me to meet him. She would also tell me how Julie was the daredevil and how she hoped she wouldn t get into too much trouble when she got older I always found those conversations hilarious. Jackie was definitely the life of our department and reminded everyone that it s okay to have a little fun and to just be themselves. Thanks for being such an amazing example of what a loving, faithful, generous, and compassionate woman looks like Jackie! You have truly persevered through soo much, you have finished the race, well done Jackie, well done. Love Always and Forever, Dave DAVE KEYES, SEPTEMBER 30, 2016 Jackie was an exceptional woman. MARITES MALONES-OLI, SEPTEMBER 12, 2016

Dear Henry and Julie, Words cannot come close to expressing how sorry we are for your precious loss. I'm having such a hard time putting into words all I want to say. Even though we lived in Illinois and you in Texas, I felt as though our family grew right along-side of yours through these 27+ years. Jackie and I talked almost every day through messaging. We've shared life, both the happy times and sad times. Through our day-to-day conversations, I know that Jackie's love for you Henry was indescribable. She's told me many times how much she appreciates all you do for the family and what a great husband and father you are. Her love and trust in you was unshakeable and that was very comforting for Jackie. Julie, your mom told me many times what a beautiful, young woman you've become, how strong you are and how proud of you she was. All this was said with such great love for you, Julie. Your mom will be missed by so many. Jackie, thank you for all these wonderful years. I am so blessed that you took the time to be my friend, and our family has been forever changed to have known you. My heart aches that you are no longer with us and I miss you terribly, but I am so joyful knowing that you are in the glorious presence of our Savior, Love, Miu Wa Martin and family MIU WA MARTIN, SEPTEMBER 12, 2016 I'm very sorry that you have to go through this Henry and Julie. Your family has always been very generous to us and everyone you know. I'm very grateful to know Jackie. I'd like to say thanks to Jackie for being such a good friend. I met Jackie in 1989 after I moved to Chicago. She was my first friend in Chicago and through her I became friends through many people from Household Finance. Jackie was always generous with me and included me in her gatherings. If I hadn't met Jackie, my first few years in Chicago would have been very lonely. I took the Becker CPA review because Jackie worked there and through that experience I met my lovely wife Judy. It was truly an honor to spend most of the major holidays with Jackie and Henry and their children along with the Martin family. Jackie was always so funny. I'll never forget that during a party she needed my help in cleaning something. Instead of asking me to put some "elbow grease" into the job...she asked me to use my greasy

elbow. I frequently think of Jackie when I'm cleaning something and I'm using my greasy elbow. In the short period of time that Jackie moved to Texas, I can tell that she has blessed many other people's lives. I miss you Jackie. I look forward to playing MahJong with you in Heaven someday...(you never pong when you ping). Lots of love, Jon Sechan JON SECHAN, SEPTEMBER 11, 2016 We are deeply touched. We pray for Jackie Quynh Tho. Quynh Tho has been a very sweet, kind and caring person. We believe that she will be resting peacefully in the Nirvana/Paradise. Respectfully, The Le family KHANH LE, THI LE AND FAMILY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2016 Our hearts are saddened by your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jackie Quynh Tho, you will be missed very much THUAN AND KHANH VU, SEPTEMBER 10, 2016 Henry & Julie, we mourn your loss as our loss. You are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. There really are no words to express this... Because of the miles between our families, I didn't have the privilege of spending so much time with my cousin, Jackie, over the decades. But, I only have the fondest of memories of our families getting together every summer in Chicago or DC, and of my wonderful cousin Jackie -- always with a smile from ear-to-ear; always enjoying every minute with her family; always complimenting and encouraging me since I was a little boy. These are the things that stick with a young person as they grow older and fills his heart. Even in her last weeks, as I visited Jackie over July 4th weekend, she was concerned about my time, what I had to eat, and my comfort -- unbelievable. She will forever be an inspiration to us. Henry, your endless class, love and support of Jackie will also always be an inspiration -- you are my hero, brother. Henry & Julie, please never hesitate to reach out to us, even if by text, if you need anything, anytime. We are honored to have known Jackie and trust she is in a much better place with her son. Love, Ti

KHOA (TI) TRAN & JANE NGUYEN - LEESBURG, VA, SEPTEMBER 10, 2016 Henry & Julie, Words are inadequate to express the sadness we feel. We are praying for you and your family. We would like to share with you and Julie a poem that we found in website. Hoping that it will help you and Julie to heal all the pain and sorrows. ************* "There is nothing to cry" All memories are just like are a dream All tears and memories are building a stairway I am walking right up to heaven A new destiny that I have to follow I am home in Heaven, dear ones; Oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty In this everlasting light. All the pain and grief are over, Every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace forever, Safely home in Heaven at last. Did you wonder I so calmly Trod the valley of the shade? Oh! but Jesus s arm to lean on, Could I have one doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely, For I love you dearly still; Try to look beyond earth s shadows, Pray to trust our Father s Will. There is work still waiting for you, So you must not idly stand; Do it now, while life remaineth You shall rest in Jesus s land. When that work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; Oh, the rapture of that meeting, Oh, the joy to see you come! May God Bless you both now and forever. Sincerely, Diane and John Holt DIANE HOLT, SEPTEMBER 9, 2016 Henry and Julie my heart aches for you. I have so many great memories of all

the times spent with Jackie for the past 25+ years. Jackie, you are soooo loved by everyone. You will always be remembered for your kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others in need, I remember the first time I met you, you treated me like you have known me for years. You have a way of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable.. I will always remember your FUN parties in Carol Stream especially your annual Halloween parties..you were always great at planning parties. We will miss you but are comforted in knowing you are now at peace and is reunited with Kevin in heaven. JUDY SECHAN, SEPTEMBER 8, 2016 Jackie. Rest in peace my friend. Heaven needed another angel and they chose you. Jackie has been a friend to so many people including myself. I have a huge hole in my heart with Jackie being gone now. The world is a much sadder place without Jackie in it. I love you girlfriend. My condolences to Henry and Julie and all the rest of the family. Debbie Major DEBBIE MAJOR, SEPTEMBER 8, 2016 Just want to send my condolences to all of Jackie's loved ones, this must be such a difficult time for you all. I hope you can find comfort in God's Word. Psalm 34:18 is one of my favorites. NICOLE STEWART, SEPTEMBER 8, 2016 It was an HONOR to be a part of Jackie's life and to call her friend. It has been hard to put into words what a gift she was. There are just so many incredible gifts that she possessed. She radiated joy. She was so full of life and love. She was beyond generous and kind and loving. These words sound so ordinary but she was by no means ordinary. I always wanted her to know how very special she was because she was truly one of a kind. She was always upbeat and smiling. I don't know if I ever remember her being down. Wow! That in itself is amazing. Then how strong was this woman! She was just an inspiration. If I could be just a little like Jackie, my life would be rich. She taught us all, through her actions, spirit, words and life how to be the best you can possibly be and how blessed your life can be if you just love purely and love God. She did everything right. She was always happy, always treated

everyone like they were so special, uplifting, fun, full of spunk, funny, she was a fantastic host, and a GREAT soul. Jackie made a deep impact on all she met. Her life was an example to live by. JILL HUPP, SEPTEMBER 7, 2016 Dear Jackie, I am sorry that you had to leave this world so soon. It has left a hole in the hearts of all those who love you. Rest in peace. Your friend, Ron RON BOARDWINE, SEPTEMBER 7, 2016 So sorry, Brother. Praying for you, Julie, and the family. MIKE COCKRELL, SEPTEMBER 6, 2016 Dear Henry, Debbie and I are so sorry to hear of your loss of Jackie! May our Lord comfort you as you mourn! Heaven looks sweeter as you one day will meet her again! Our love to you in Christ, Tom and Debbie Kost TOM KOST, SEPTEMBER 6, 2016 My deepest condolences to the family... I worked with Jackie for a number of years at Household/HSBC/Capital One. She was truly a selfless individual with a heart of gold. She had a beautiful way of seeing the positive in everything, and the world is a little less bright without her in it. Rest in peace, Jackie. We love you!!! TAMMY HALSTEAD, SEPTEMBER 6, 2016 Henry, Julie, and all your family and loved ones: My thoughts and prayers go out to you in this time of sorrow and loss. Jackie lived well and beautifully and loved life. She faced her illness with courage and strength. There are no words adequate to the death of someone so beloved. Please know that all of you are held close to the heart in this time of sorrow. Mike Davis, Chaplain, Baylor Hamilton Heart and Vascular Hospital MICHAEL DAVIS, SEPTEMBER 6, 2016
