Competition Schedule The competition will follow the rules of the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics IFAGG All delegations will be informed after registration about training possibilities, technical meeting, qualifications, finals and ceremony. Gala of Champions: The Gala of Champions takes place on Sunday, 11th of December with demonstrations of the winners (gold, silver, bronze) of the all-round competitions. Other gymnasts are also invited to bring a demonstration at the Gala. The demonstrations must be sent to the organizing club in advance (on DVD). The delegation must have with them the own national flags and anthems for the official ceremony. 4. Participation Fee 60 EURO per team- Children 80 EURO per team Juniors, Seniors Starting fee has to be paid ONLY CASH to Organization team on Friday 9 th December at the Technical Meeting. 5. Judges Each delegation has to provide min 1 max 3 judges (national or International IFAGG level). 4
Accommodation and Travel Plans Reservations will be made by the organizing club. Accommodation can be ordered for Gymnasts, judges and coaches at hotels All traveling expenses and stay in Paderborn will be covered by the delegation Delegations and any additional persons, and parents, and guests have to cover their accommodation costs: (accommodation breakfast, lunch, diner for 1 person 50 Euro Hotel per day) for the accommodation and other living costs (only from friday/evening 9 th -dinner, till sunday/morning 11 th -breakfast). Single room costs 70 Euro. All hotels are 5 minutes within walking distance to Centre of the City. A transportation service can be ordered from the airport to the hotel. Transfers can be arranged on your own costs. We can make the reservation for you if you want per person / direction 25 euros from Düsseldorf, Hanover, 20 euros from Dortmund and 10 euros from Paderborn Airports.
