Mid Rivers Mall Drive (Right Turn Lanes) $341,680 $715,200 $0 McMenamy Road to Entrance to Mall Safety and traffic congestion improvement project involving the construction of right turn lanes at the Mid Rivers Mall Drive (MRMD) intersections of Suemandy Drive and Mid Rivers Mall entrance (Connection E). The addition of these lanes will reduce the occurrent of stopped north bound through traffic blocking right turn movements on to adjacent side streets and retail developments, and provide three north bound through lanes to improve lane utilization approaching the MRMD Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI).
