Coaches will be observing cheerleading behavior, following up with teachers/spring coaches, and interviewing each cheerleader on the day of Tryouts 0= Each cheerleader will be given a score from 0 to 5: displayed negative behaviors and/or received negative teacher/coach ratings 5= displayed excellent leadership behaviors and/or received stellar teacher/coach ratings.
