The four-game sweep of the Giants was the first in franchise history against San Francisco. DAD WAS IMPRESSED The Rockies won Sunday on a walk-off home run by Nolan Arenado to complete the cycle he became the fifth player in Major League history to complete the cycle on a walk-off home run (last: Carlos González, July 31, 2010 vs. Chicago-NL). He is the eighth player in Rockies history to complete the cycle, the first since Michael Cuddyer on Aug. 17, 2014 vs. Cincinnati. It was Arenado s second career walk-off home run (also: June 7, 2013 vs. San Diego), and his fourth career walk-off hit (third against San Francisco). COWBOY 5,000 Tonight, Crew Chief Joe West will be umpiring his 5,000th Major League game. West made his debut as a 23-year-old in a Houston at Atlanta doubleheader on Sept. 14, 1976 and joined the National League staff on a full-time basis in 1978. He will be the third umpire to reach the 5,000 game plateau (Bill Klem, 5,375; Gerry Davis, 5,163).
