Having an accurate inventory of how many fish are in the cooler when a vacationer crosses the border, will make for a much easier crossing. Input the information onto the Fish Inventory Report found on the next page. Joe Merks is from Chicago and he goes fishing at his favourite spot on Lake of the Woods. From past experience, he knows he needs to write down each day what he s caught. He gives these slips of paper to the guide on the last day of his vacation. You are the guide and have received Joe s handwritten notes. Use the following information to fill in the Fish Inventory Report. 1. Locate the place on the form where Joe s name and address should go. Print Joe s name and address in that location. Joe Merks 678 Parklawn Road Chicago, Illinois 657894 2.
