Coordinated Call for Projects Second Cycle of OBAG, TLC and PBTF Funding Applications for Funding As of The following table lists the applications for funding available through the Coordinated Call for Projects. It includes the name of the project and its sponsor, and the funding requests in thousands of dollars. The available funding comes from three funding programs: the One Bay Area Grant (OBAG 2) program, the Measure J Transportation for Livable Communities (TLC) program, and the Measure J Pedestrian, Bicycle and Trail Facilities (PBTF) program. The first of these programs involves federal funds available from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and is further divided into four subprograms: Competitive OBAG, Local Streets and Roads Preservation (LSRP), Safe Routes to School (SRTS), and Federal Aid Secondary (FAS). The funding requests in the table are divided into two sections: 1. Funding requests for OBAG 2 funding. These requests are listed in the columns with headings marked in red (Competitive, LSRP, etc.) and may include requests for Measure J funding as part of their funding plan. 2. Funding requests for Measure J funding only. These requests are listed in the columns with headings marked in green (TLC and PBTF); they represent funding requests asking only for Measure J funds with no OBAG 2 funds requested. Some projects CCP-25, CCP-31 and CCP-48, for example have asked funded with either OBAG 2 or Measure J funds.
