With 3 fun filled packages to choose from we know that it will be a birthday to remember. Let us organize a stress free experience for all! Our Groups Team will work together with you to book one of our fantastic packages and will assist with any special requests or customizations. On the day, we will send one of our representatives down to meet you at the Happy Valley Day Lodge. We will make sure you are orientated with the Lodge & Adventure Park and will provide you with all vouchers and purchased items. Remember, to book one of our great party deals the minimum number of guests is 10.

group booking & cancellation policies day group payment schedule TIME FRAME GROUP SIZE POLICY Within 15 days of making the booking All Groups 50% of booking or maximum of $250 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit 7 Days prior to arrival All Groups Full payment is due ** Big White Central Reservations requires one payment per group; no individual payments will be accepted. If payment is not received by the due date the booking will be cancelled and subject to the applicable penalties. ** Payments may be made by: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, company cheque, wire transfer or money order. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars. Personal cheques are not accepted. All company cheques must be made payable to Big White Central Reservations Ltd. The birthday child tubes FREE when 10 tickets (6years+) are purchased. Credit of $18.40 will be applied to the birthday child s package. 3. Unused food & beverage items are non-refundable. 4. Big White Tube Park hours: Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 9:00pm. Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) 2:00pm to 9:00pm. Groups of 30 or more may be eligible for an out of ours private opening. 5. Skating Rink hours: Daily 11:00am to 9:00pm. 6. The Big White Tube Park and Skating Rink are weather dependent. 7. Restrictions may apply for groups of 30 or more guests, please contact the Groups Department for further details. 8. Big White Ski Resort recommends that children wear helmets and/or goggles while skating and/or tubing. Additional Day Group Booking Stipulations ** All notifications of cancellation must be sent directly to Big White Central Reservations Groups Department in writing by email or fax ** A group leader is required to act as liaison between Big White Central Reservations Groups Department & the group. Details of a group booking will not be discussed with individual guests that are part of the booking all correspondence must be directed through the group leader.
