WHAT IS THE GOLF CLASSIC & GALA? This year marks the 17 th annual PROVAIL Golf Classic and Gala! The tournament has become an annual Northwest tradition, joining companies from around the Puget Sound to support PROVAIL s mission of supporting the people with disabilities to fulfill their life choices. Since 1942, PROVAIL has been supporting children and adults with disabilities to live the life they choose. As one of the state's largest private, multi-service agencies committed to meeting the needs of children and adults disabilities, PROVAIL is dedicated to the belief that: Every one of us has the right to pursue the life we choose to live. For people with disabilities, realizing this belief is often faced with great obstacles. With the support of the community, PROVAIL works to ensure that children and adults with disabilities have the tools, technology, and resources they need. Each of our programs fall within three our core focus areas, Mobility and Communication, Employment, and Home and Lifestyle. Through these focus areas, we work to ensure that people with disabilities have the communication and mobility tools they need to engage with their community, employment to build selfsufficiency and a connection to their community, and a home and lifestyle of their choosing. Support for PROVAIL will provide children with the communication devices they need to be successful, make opportunities available for youth and adults with disabilities to pursue community-based employment, and open doors for adults with disabilities to have community-based supportive housing, health, leisure, and wellness options to maximize their independence. Acceptance of the sponsorship agreement shall constitute an agreement to provide the advertising and promotional opportunities described in the sponsorship benefits in exchange for cash sponsorship as indicated. A service change of 1.5% per month will be added to accounts past due, beginning 30 days delinquent and charge monthly thereafter.
