For three years in a row, Cross Brand Cowboy Church has delivered World Class Rodeo Action to Tyler, TX with the Rose City Roundup! In 2014, 2015, & 2016, we packed out our 2,000-seat arena facility and SOLD OUT every performance for the greatest sport in American History! The PRCA is the biggest name in rodeo. By hosting a Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association Event, you enlist the experience and reputation of the largest sanctioned rodeo organization in the world. The PRCA will draw the top names in rodeo competition, only to be met with the best rodeo stock in the industry provided by United Pro Rodeo. The combination is sure to make for a full weekend of action-packed, non-stop rodeo entertainment in 2017. The last three years have been fantastic, but we are looking for BIGGER and BETTER in 2017!! Last year, we expanded to a Three-Performance Format by adding a Friday Night Rodeo. So as a sponsor in the 2017 Rose City Roundup, you will have an opportunity to advertise and promote your company in the most unique and exciting way to an East Texas Audience of 6,000+ people! Our arena is the best in the area; a well-built, covered pen with HUGE overhead fans, booming sound system, restroom and concession facilities that will comfortably accommodate 2,000 spectators for each performance. God has truly blessed us with a top-notch rodeo complex; it is counted as an honor and a blessing to have the ability to share this facility with the city of Tyler through the hosting of a PRCA Event. OTHER SPONSOR IDEAS OR PACKAGES The Rodeo Committee is open to any other sponsorship ideas or packages that would include, but are not limited to the trading of goods and services for advertising and promotion through and during the Rose City Roundup. Goods and services may include, but are not limited to: Television or radio station advertising, Coupons and/or Special Offers that could be given exclusively to other sponsors, rodeo contestants, workers or spectators, etc. If you would like to discuss an idea or package with the Rodeo Committee, please contact one of the following and we will be happy to talk about your idea: Cross Brand Cowboy Church Office, Collin Poeschl, or Taylor Kowalski (contact information can be found on sponsorship application). TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SPONSORSHIP All Sponsorship Packages will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Sponsorship Packages will be secured upon receipt of the Sponsorship Application (attached) by the Rodeo Committee. In the event that more companies want a particular level of sponsorship than what is being offered, names will be drawn at random to choose what level of sponsorship each company will receive. All sponsorship money will need to be paid in full by Friday June 30th if you want to include your company in all of the promotional advertising that is being offered (TV/radio, a full year of banner advertisement in the arena, and flyers/posters). We will need a digital copy (.jpeg,.tif,.eps, or.gif) of your business logo for all promotion/ advertising (flyer/poster, tickets, social media, flags, signs, etc.) All ads for the Rodeo Program (full page, half page, or quarter page) need to be turned in to Cross Brand by Friday, September 1st to ensure that we get it in time to be included in the printing of the programs. Logos and Ads can be emailed to taytaykowalski@gmail.com All signs/banners will need to be delivered to the Cross Brand Cowboy Church Office by Friday September 8th to ensure that your banner is hung appropriately and in time for the rodeo. Any and all discrepancies pertaining to sponsorship and/or the event as a whole will be discussed by and ultimately decided on by the Rodeo Committee with consult from the PRCA and United Pro Rodeo (Stock Contractor).
