Giveaways (Cake, Jamba Juice, cookies) Secure date and location Make sure location is a high-traffic area and convenient for employees Stick to budget Invite TRP / Maricopa County Representative to attend Secure laptops for employees to register on ShareTheRide.com Print flyers about program Coordinate with facilities to request items needed (tables, chairs, etc.) Make signs for day of event Make sure you have enough supplies
Promoting the events to employees: Internal Communication via email a couple of weeks before event Internal Communication via email the day before the event as reminder Include what prizes will be given out to increase participation Include description of TRP Make it sound fun!
