Go to the bottom of the Roster page and on the left, you will see a box that says Showing 1-25 of. There is a number that indicates the number of golfers you have on your roster. For example, if it shows 1-25 of 76, that means you are on Page 1 and it is showing 25 of the 76 golfers in the list. This listing is All of the golfers both Active and Inactive. 5. On that same line to the right, is the items per page. To show all the 76 golfers in the example, click the arrows in blue next to the number 25 and scroll down to the # 100 and then click that. Then all the 76 golfers would appear. (If you have more than 25 but fewer than 50 golfers, you would click 50, etc.). Once the entire list shows up, right-click on the list to print it for back-up purpose. 6. Now go to the bar on the very top of the GHIN Handicap Program Online and scroll over My Golfers and click on Change Golfer Status from the drop-down menu. Under Status you will have some choices All/Active/Inactive. For this exercise, choose All. 8. Note the box that says Inactivate Entire Roster. DO NOT CLICK THIS EVER!! AS IN NEVER EVER! BUT in case somehow you hit this button anyway by mistake The good news is that you will have printed the roster, and will have a document so you can recreate it. The bad news is that it will take time to do the recreation. 2 Updated April, 2018
9. Next, on the following line, click the box that says Search Golfers. Check the list to be sure that those who are listed as Inactive are truly Inactive and those listed as Active are Active. The Inactive golfers are in red. 10. If you need to change a golfer from Active to Inactive or vice versa, click the box next to her name and continue to do that for all of the players you are making Inactive or Active. Then go back to the top and click Inactive Selected Golfers or Activate Selected Golfers. Remember DO NO CLICK Inactive Entire Roster. 11. When you finish with this page, double check all golfers again to make sure that those who are current members of your club have a yes next to their names and those that have a no are not members of your group. 12. To add a golfer, go back to the top and scroll over My Golfers and click on Add Golfer. Again, in the top box, Select 01-Woman s Combined and enter your Club Number in the box next to Local Number. Be sure that the box named Type shows R to indicate the new golfer is a Regular member. 13. Then fill in all of the information in the box below (Name; Address; City; State; Zip Code; Email address; Birthdate and Gender). Please be sure to add the golfer s email address as that is how she will be receiving her monthly revision report. Once you have made sure that this information is correct, click Add Golfer. 14. Please do this each time you add a new golfer to your group. GHIN then assigns her a GHIN# so she can begin to post her scores. 15. To change the Member Type R for Regular, H for Handicap Only and J for Junior, you need to click on the name of your individual golfer. The information is found in the box labeled General Information > Top Line > Last box named Type. You can click the arrow in that box to select the appropriate type. All golfers who are playing on your play day should be listed as Type R. 16. Now, go to My Golfers and click on Club Roster. In the top box, again be sure to Select 01-Women s Combined and Status All. Now go through the list again to make sure that all of those listed as inactive are truly inactive and all of those listed as active are truly active. 3 Updated April, 2018
