This once a year amount of $30 runs from July 1st, 2017 to June 30th, 2018. If you are planning to attend the LBCA Summer Hockey Camp please register for the summer camp first on www.lakebonavistacommunity.com before registering for your regular Hockey Season, House League, Intro to Timbits, Goaltender Camp and Bantam Conditioning Camp on the Hockey Canada site. If you are not attending the summer player camp you will need to pay the $30 LBCA Community Membership when you register for your regular season on Hockey Canada! One membership of $30 per family. There are two levels of Timbits teams, Junior and Senior. 1 st time Timbit players will participate in a one hour skate to help coordinators form teams. Senior teams are typically 2 nd year players. Hockey Calgary hosts a Timbit
Jamboree at the end of the season which each team can decide to participate in. Teams may also participate in in-town tournaments of their choice. Regular Season Novice to Bantam The regular season runs from September to March with evaluations taking place in September. Teams participate in Esso Minor Hockey Week, typically in January and then in playoffs end of February/March. Once teams are formed in September, individual teams may decide to participate in in-town or out of town tournaments at their discretion. It is mandatory for 1 st year or new Bantam players to participate in the checking clinic. House League Novice & Atom Maximum 32 registrants per age group This program runs October to end of January with a break over the Christmas holidays. This program is one practice on a weekday and a game on the weekend. Scores will be kept during games but no season standings are kept. All games will be located in South Calgary. Teams are not allowed to participate in tournaments or play any extra exhibition games. Intro to Timbits September Program 1 st time players only - 2 Groups of 15 players Group 1 Tuesday, Sep 5 & 12-5:00 5:45 pm Thursday, Sep 7 & 14 5:45 6:30 pm Group 2 Tuesday, Sep 5 & 12-5:45 6:30 pm Thursday, Sep 7 & 14 5:00 5:45 pm Designed for 1 st time Timbit players only to get them accustomed to being on the ice in their hockey gear. This program is run by Tim Murray of Breakaway Power Skating. Goaltending Camp August 21 to 25 Atom/9 Goalies Peewee/Bantam/9 Goalies The camp is run by Evolution Goaltending and is for Atom, Peewee and Bantam Goalies. There will be 2 groups with a maximum of 9 goaltenders per group.
