New Business A. NCC/WCC Elections a. Q and A a. Long a. What makes you stand out from someone else who might have ran for this position? a. I have experience on the exec board and I ve been exposed to what has to go on behind the scenes of this position. I know what to expect. b. 3334 a. How will you strengthen the relationship between WHIL CC and make the delegation and team rather than just delegates? a. Getting someone who will stick with the position will be important. We will have to communicate well to become a cohesive team and to be on the same page so delegates can ask both of us. c. Res Hall RA Liaison a. How do you plan to help bring delegate s programs back? a. It will be a method of trial and error. We ve done things in the past and we can just try to get something to work. d. SGA a. What are your weaknesses and how do you plan on turning them into strengths? a. Parli pro is one of them and I ve been working on it. Sitting on board room is really going to be able to help. Time Management is

also a weakness and I ve been working on that. I m going to cut back on other things. e. NRHH: move to extend Q and A a. 2 nd : Schaefer f. NRHH a. What are your other time commitments? a. Hopefully I ll be on the exec board. I have a job at the office of Residence Life. I am also a member of NRHH. I think I will be able to manage all of these things well. b. Discussion a. While Parli Pro is a con, it would be a really good learning experience for her. c. NRHH-yield to Andrew a. Feels she is qualified to position, important connection to WHILL CC d. Apt RA a. Would there be a limit to how many people that you can have in a room at once. a. Pride Center a. It would depend on the roommate s preference.
