YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You must provide your own transportation to and from the airport. Each hunter must have a valid permit and tag to hunt legally in Kansas. You must possess a valid hunter safety card. (If born after July 1, 1957) HUNTING POLICY: You must follow all state and federal laws. There is no guarantee of a kill. Wearing a safety harness is required when using a tree stand. Hunter Orange (200 in 2 ) is required during Muzzleloader and Rifle season. LICENSING INFO: Kansas Wildlife and Parks is your guide for rules, regulations, hunting licenses and tags. Most tags and licenses can be purchased online. If you are a nonresident of Kansas you will need to apply for an out-of-state tag. Trespassing on the property of others is strictly prohibited (property lines will be given to provide a clear understanding of boundaries). If a hunter does not abide by rules/requirements, we reserve the right to end the hunt prematurely and/or ask the hunter to exit the premises. 2
HUNT INFO: Hunt will be officially reserved upon receipt of contract form and down payment (with dates subject to approval by Soldier Creek Outfitters). Hunts are semi-guided. Hunting locations are pre-scouted and include trailcams. Hours of operation are one hour before and after daylight during hunting season. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00AM. You will be given written permission to hunt properties if confronted by a game warden. Upon harvesting of a deer, we can provide assistance with transport & cleaning. A local meat locker is 15 miles away and can be processed there. YOUR GEAR: Weather in Kansas can be very hot, very cold, dry, wet or windy. Consult the weather forecast during your scheduled hunt and plan ahead when packing your clothes, boots and gear. All weather questions should be directed to www.accuweather.com or www.weather.com You are welcome to bring your own tree stand and safety harness. ATV s are welcome but must abide by all safety rules. IMMATURE BUCK FINE: There is a 135 minimum score for killed bucks. If a buck is killed under this score the hunter will be fined $1000 per offense. This rule is not to penalize the hunter but to protect the smaller bucks so that they may mature. Remember, your ultimate objective is to kill a large, mature buck, and our ultimate goal is to provide you with that buck this season and for seasons to come. All fined monies will go toward the development of growing larger bucks via food plots, supplements, feed, etc. PAYMENT Complete and submit this form along with a nonrefundable down payment of 50% of the hunting package fee. (ex: $2000 hunt package= $1000 down payment) o Once submitted, you will be emailed/mailed a receipt with the remaining balance due. This detailed receipt will include a summary of charges including: Hunt Package Price (all taxes included) Credit card 3% fee (if used) The remaining 50% of the total fee is due upon arrival of hunt.
