Add other equipment specific to your chosen activity, season and location. Travel with a companion: the loneliest number is two. A companion can help overcome difficulties or emergencies. Be prepared: ensure all team members understand what to do in the event of an emergency. Do not depend solely on technology: Equipment failure and lack of reception are very possible in the outdoors.
