IMPORTANT LEAGUE NOTES & INFORMATION Player Sanctions: Captains packets will be outfit will sanction slips. On the first night of pool, I need each player to fill out slip and insert with scoresheet. Any NEW Player to a roster MUST Fill a slip out and enter it into the envelope. THIS GOES FOR ALL PLAYERS THE FIRST NIGHT OF LEAGUE OR THE FIRST NIGHT THEY SUB IN A LEAGUE OUTSIDE THEIR REGULAR NIGHT. Dues will still be taken at the end of the year, but this will help in identifying which teams players want sanction fees taken from. Player Rankings: Player Rankings will be based primarily on CompuSport s Power Ranking Formula applied to every eligible player in all leagues. The Formula was applied to everyone in all leagues to find ranking Tiers within the MCC League Base. Players individual power rankings them identify which tier they should be placed in. Exemptions will be made and a finalized rankings list will be produced after ranking committee meets to evaluate power ranking results sometime this fall. The Power Ranking Formula is: ((Total Score/2) + (wins *3) + (10-0 wins *2) + (ERO *4)) ------ = Power Ranking Played Games ERO Against League Liaison: The League Liaison was elected by the league members who attended the league meeting. This individual will: Be the Primary Point of Contact to handle all league questions/disputes. *NOTE: Unless liaison is directly involved in question/dispute, contact MCC office. Represent your league alongside all other league liaisons when they meet to evaluate CompuSport s Power Ranking Formula and to suggest/make adjustments as needed to individual player ranks thereof. Your League s Liaison: JASON HOLLENKAMP League Format/Scheduling: Your Format is: 5 Player, 25 Game Format. NO SUBS MAY BE ADDED AFTER Dec 1 st, 2018. MAX ROSTER: 10 PLAYERS Your League has elected to do one full round-robin including a position round at the conclusion of that round robin. Upon completion of the first round robin, the league will then split into two halves and complete another full round robin. A position round will be played after the conclusion of the second round robin s completion. If amount of teams is unequal, the last place team in each position round week will receive AVG 8-Ball Points & AVG Round Wins based on their season statistics. Playoffs: Player Eligibility: 25 League games completed in the league. Your playoffs will consist of an UPPER & LOWER Division based on where teams finished upon completion of the first round-robin and position round during regular league season. Playoff seedings for each playoff division will be determined by finish position in a teams respective division after the league was split into halves and another round robin was shot complete with a position round upon it s conclusion. HIGHER SEED will host match at their location Each Respective Division will Crown a Champion. League Money: Your league has elected to pay 70% back in 8-Ball Points and 30% will go to the playoffs. UPPER Playoff Half will receive 50% of playoff money LOWER Playoff Half will receive 50% of playoff money
