MANOR WOODS SWIM CLUB Annual Newsletter SUMMER 2017 A Note from Director of Membership and Operations Christiane Robbins MWSC OPENS Welcome to all our new and returning members! The pool board and I have been very busy this off-season. Some of the improvements you will notice immediately include a new plaster and tile job on both the main and wading pools; a beautiful new floor in the clubhouse; and lots of new lawn furniture. We ve also adopted a new electronic ID system. Each member over the age of 5 will receive a key tag that needs to be scanned when entering MWSC. Guest passes (6- or 12-punch) can still be purchased by emailing me and dropping off payment at the pool. However, these passes will now be loaded into our ID database for your use. Note that the new system requires us to take new pictures for all members. We have picture days scheduled, so please look for an email, or go to our Facebook page or Website of for more information I am also thrilled to welcome Community Pool Service as our new pool management company. Tori Herman will be our pool manager and Anthony Lozupone will be assistant manager. Tori is a life-long resident of Maryland and has been working around pools since 2003. During the school year she works with Montgomery County DHHS and helps screen students for hearing and vision. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog and hiking.
