SPECIAL 13- Hole Competition s Starting this weekend we have 13 Hole competitions until Christmas and we intend to offer a prize of a voucher worth 25 Euros for every 12 competitors in the competition. We hope by using this format that we will have multiple winners. The entry fee will be 3 Euros. Thank you to all prize winners who turned up to collect their prize last Saturday, it is very heartening for the Competitions Committee to get this support from our members and especially important for our Sponsors. COURSE MANAGER REPORT Mats From the 1 st December 2015 mats will be in use. This is to prevent the links from getting a lot of damage over the Winter months. By using mats this will give the par 3s and the fairway a rest which will mean at the start of next season they should be in good condition and the appearance of the links will be better to start the season off once we see grass growth return.. Using mats will also improve your lie over the winter months. Mats must be used on all Par 3s and fairways but you can play as it lies in the semi and deep rough. Please also use mats on the drop zones unless you re using a putter. First First4 4Holes The Thefirst 4 holes are now closed closed to to further further notice. notice.
