BRICKYARD BULLETIN VOL. 45, ISSUE 2 A MONTHLY PUBLICATION OF THE INDY CHAPTER OF THE STUDEBAKER DRIVERS CLUB, FEBRUARY, 2018 It was really great to see such a nice turn out at the January Indy Chapter lunch at the Pit Stop BBQ. Everyone enjoyed lots of good BBQ, visiting with fellow Studebaker members and Bob Palma had a pop quiz prepared to test our Studebaker knowledge. The club is still looking for a few places to have our monthly meetings. If you have a favorite place to go out to eat and they have a good area to seat a group of 30 to 40 of your closest Studebaker friends, let us know. Joe & I are thinking of going to a Zone Meet or two this summer. I have listed a little bit of information on them. A great way to do a little traveling and enjoy our Studebaker's! With the way Joe is buying Studebaker parts for our 64 GT Hawk that is now at the body shop starting its frame off restoration I thought this little UPS humor is perfect! Driving in the Snow Danny Taylor Before I complain the next time I get into that cold car, I'll try to remember what it was like for my grandparents and their contemporaries, and they didn't have heated seats! My question is how the heck they got them started??????? 3
