Colts to be shown in a suitable bridle in guidance with their respective breed rules. 2. In Hand Novice Pony/horse. Not to have won more than two 1st prizes in any in hand showing before the 1st Jan 2018. This class is open to all breeds and types. 3. In hand Cob and Cob Type, Any Age, Hogged, tradition and Native. 4. Mountain & Moorland: Open to In Hand Mountain & Moorland ponies of ANY AGE registered with their respective Pure Bred societies Of Welsh A, B, C and D, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Shetland, Fell, Dales, Highland, New Forest, Connemara. Stallion, Mare, Colt, Filly or Gelding In hand Championship. 1 st and 2nd prize winners from classes 1-4 5. In hand Coloured and Odd Coloured. Piebald skewbald Palominos Duns Roans paints and spots. Open to Horses and ponies of all ages. And all types 6. In hand Rare and Foreign Bred of any age. This is also open to Arabs. And Rare and Foreign Part breds. Eg Exmoor, Fell, Suffolk Punch, Shire, Hackney, Cleveland Bay, Haflinger, Andalusian, Trekener, Fresian, Fjord etc 7. In Hand Black, Bays, Greys & Chestnut. of any age and height. 8. Young Handler, Handler under 16 years old. Horse any age, type, sex or height In hand championship 1 st and 2 nd prize winners from classes 5 to 8

Lead to be attached to the noseband. Lead rein riders 9 years old and under. Class will be split if entries warrant. 10. Open Junior Ridden. Open to riders 16 years and under. Any breed, any Type, Any Height. NO LR/FR 11. Novice Ridden Horse and Pony. Open to Horses and ponies of 4 yrs and over. Not to have won more than two 1 st prizes in any Ridden showing before the 1st Jan 2018. No Lead Rein 12. Walk and Trot Horse and Pony. Open to Horses and Ponies of 3 yrs and over. Lead Rein Permitted (no age limit on lead rein riders) Ten Mins to Dress 13. Concours D Elegance Ridden, Horses and ponies 4 years and over, Lead Rein Permitted Ridden Championship. Open to 1 st and 2 nd prize winners from classes 9-13 14. Veteran ridden. 15+ years. Open to all breeds including lead rein 15. OPEN RIDDEN MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND BREEDS. Open to Mountain & Moorland ponies registered with their respective Pure Bred Societies of, Welsh, A, B, C and D, Exmoor, Dartmoor and Shetland, Highland, Fells, Dales, New Forest. Stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years old and over. Rider any age. Lead Rein permitted. Class may be split if entries warrant. 16. Ridden Foreign and Rare Breeds This is also open to Arabs. And Rare and Foreign Part breds. Eg Exmoor, Fell, Suffolk Punch, Shire, Hackney, Cleveland Bay, Haflinger, Andalusian, Trekener, Fresian, Fjord etc 17. Ridden Coloured and Odd Coloured Horse and Pony. Including Piebald, Skewbald, Duns, Palominos, Roans. Lead rein permitted in this class. 18. Ridden Cobs, Open to hogged, traditional and native types. Horse/Pony to be 4 yr and over. Ridden class championship. 1 st and 2 nd prize winners from classes 14-18 Supreme of Show Champion and Reserve from the in hand and ridden sections to compete (not fun classes) Deluxe rosettes and garland for both placings
The Boring Part. But please read. No horse under 4 to be ridden unless stated All riders must be 3 years and over unless otherwise stated: Tiny tots allowed in fun classes and where stated Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead No mucking out on the showground Please clear up your own litter Stallions eligible in ALL classes, Including, fun and lead rein and in hand, Please make sure an adult is to hand at all times. The stallion must be suitable for the job in hand and will be judged in line with the class it is partaking in Please keep young children supervised at all times The judge s decision is final All complaints must be made in writing to the secretary on the day of the show together with 25. This will be refunded if the complaint is upheld. All persons mounted must wear hard hats, anyone seen not doing so may be asked to leave the showground Please remain in the place where you are parked, do not move your vehicle during the day unless it is to leave the showground. No schooling whips to be used in the ring. Anyone seen using excessive whips, spurs or mistreating their horse or pony will be asked to leave the showground with immediate effect. We reserve the right to reject any entry prior to or on the day and will not enter into any correspondence into the rejection All horses and ponies to be kept under control at all times Abuse at organisers and fellow competitors will not be tolerated. This may result in your being asked to leave the showground and refused entry from future events Refunds will not be given unless in extreme circumstances. Class vouchers will be offered instead IMPORTANT NOTICE: While we love you coming and enjoying the event, please only think about the following: We will not hold classes due to clashes unless it is beyond the organizers control Please watch your ring so you know when your classes will be happening Please enter classes in the spirit they are intended: if you pony is NOT a novice and enters a novice class and we are made aware, this could result in you being asked to leave the show ground
