Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Sunday 14 th January 2017 9am to 4pm Hello All, Our annual fundraiser BBQ slot at the Bunnings Bayswater is coming up soon. This fundraiser event usually brings in a few thousand dollars, which we need to pay for the costs associated with running rallies. Your help is desperately needed! Coordinator Alison Goggin will be organising the event, and will be setting up a roster. This will be at the sign in table for the December rally Donations Please consider donating a slab (24 or more cans) of soft drink (Coke, Pepsi Max, Solo, Fanta etc). Each slab we don t buy means more money for your club. Please drop of the drinks at the December rally, or contact Alison. Volunteers The Sausage Sizzle is a busy event, we must ensure that we have enough helpers. We will need a minimum of 3 people scheduled throughout the day, and we have to serve food from 9am to 4pm Club Riders/Helpers - This is a fundraiser for the riders of our club, we would like to see some of the older (over 15) Pony club riders in uniform to help serve the food Please keep an eye out for emails asking for your help! 2
