PANTHER STADIUM RULES AND REGULATIONS Dressing Rooms Will be open 3 hours prior to game time Midway ISD or TAPPS will not provide towels Midway ISD or TAPPS are not responsible for any items left in dressing room, prior, during or after contest Ticket Gates Gates will open 1 hour prior to game time Panther stadium is a tobacco/vape free facility and its use is prohibited Press Box Admittance to press box is by pass only with the exception of coaches in proper attire and band personnel for halftime performance Press box will be open 1.5 hours prior to game time Playing Field All team personnel that are not in game uniform must have a sideline pass. This includes coaches, trainers, student trainers, student managers and any other support staff. All sideline passes will be given to the head coach or his designee upon arrival at the stadium. Cheerleaders that are in game uniforms do not need a pass, but any support staff not in uniform must have a pass No food or drink (except water) are allowed inside the playing area Use of tobacco/sunflower seeds/gum is prohibited Absolutely no glass bottles, cans, or food on the field All equipment such as training tables or fans must have a protective base No heaters of any kind allowed No live mascots No confetti, victory bells, air horns or any mechanical noisemakers. Band props must not mark or scar the field. This includes painted items as well as sharp wheels or any other equipment that may damage the artificial surface Only personnel with sideline passes can be on the field spectators are not allowed on the field before, during, or after the game No ice chests will be allowed in the stadium except for competing teams, bands and drill teams No paper banners or signs are allowed in the stadium. All run through signs must be vinyl/cloth with permanent paint that does not run when wet
Stadium Bleachers Absolutely no climbing or jumping over rails from bleachers to field There is absolutely no crossover by spectators from home side of stadium to visitor side of stadium or vice versa Spirit signs must be made of vinyl/cloth with permanent paint that does not run when wet. Signs cannot be affixed to the stadium or any of its structures. Taping of any kind is not allowed No heaters of any kind allowed No Loitering This policy is designed to enhance crowd control and safety. All spectators will need to be seated in the stadium during the course of any athletic event. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are prohibited, by law, on school property Glass Containers & Bottles are not allowed in the stadium Individual Coolers, Ice Chests and Large Food or Beverage Containers are not allowed in the stadium Back Packs & Large Bags are not allowed inside stadium No Outside Food or Drink allowed in stadium, including bottled water Animals, Bicycles, Skateboards, Frisbees, Rollerblades and Balls of all types will not be allowed in the stadium Authorized Personnel Only will be admitted onto the field before, during, or after the game (No exceptions) Authorized Personnel Only will be allowed to cross over to the opposing side Tailgating is permitted in the rows furthest away from the stadium, but must be self-contained. No hookups provided. Must adhere to tobacco and alcohol policies. Area must be left as found.
TEAM PROCEDURES Ticket Booths for both HOME and VISITOR sides will open at 1 hour prior to game time Only authorized personnel will be allowed on the sidelines All non-uniformed personnel will be required to display a pass for admittance to the field All visitor coaching staff will sit in the home side press box. Water and food will be provided Please have press and/or radio personnel contact info@tapps.biz for passes Persons will not be permitted to cross sides of the stadium. Visitors should buy tickets and enter stadium on visitors side PRESS INFORMATION Only authorized personnel will be allowed on the sidelines or in the end zones. Please contact info@tapps.biz to provide names of personnel that needs access to press box and field All non-uniformed personnel will be required to display a pass for admittance to field All media will be required to show credentials at ticket gate for entrance to stadium
