Recreational Facilities Rules and Guidelines Introduction The safety and enjoyment of the residents of the Promontory Pointe community are of primary importance in the operation of our recreational facilities. The Association appreciates each homeowner s courtesy, consideration, and respect for others and Association property in their use of our recreational facilities. 1. Use of Recreational Facilities a. Only association members, immediate family (family members living at member s Promontory Pointe address), tenants, and accompanied guests are permitted to use the recreational facilities. c. Recreation facilities and restrooms (located at the pavilion adjacent to the pool) require card key entry. Card keys are available from Association Management Services (AMS), 1600 N.E. Loop 410, Suite 202, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Card keys will only be issued after confirmation that owners are in good standing (i.e., dues are current and no outstanding violations or fines) and after a waiver of liability is signed by each adult member (copy enclosed). d. Each household is limited to one card key. For liability reasons, keys will not be mailed. They must be picked up at the association office. Card keys may not be duplicated or given to non-residents. There will be a $10.00 charge for a new or replacement card key or reprogramming of a suspended card key. There is no charge for annual card key renewal. e. HOA members or their tenants who are 60 days in arrears on their assessments shall have their card key access suspended until their account is current and the $10.00 reprogramming charge is paid. 2. Guests a. Members in good standing may bring to the recreational facilities A MAXIMUM OF FOUR GUESTS PER LOT AT ANY ONE TIME. The host member must accompany his/her guests at all times, and he/she is responsible for his/her guests conduct at all times. b. Members of the HOA who are not in good standing (i.e., those who have not paid their assessments and/or fines) may not be invited to use the recreational facilities as guests. These members may not use the recreational facilities at any time until their assessments and/or fines are paid in full.

3. General Rules a. Abusive, vulgar, or profane language and/or gestures are strictly prohibited. b. Food and drinks are allowed in the picnic areas surrounding the recreational facilities, and in the patio, lawn and deck areas surrounding the pool. For safety reasons, only unbreakable, non-glass containers are allowed. Gum is not allowed in any recreational facility. c. Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the recreational facilities. Trash shall be disposed of in the containers provided or shall be removed from the premises by the homeowner. d. Pets are not allowed in the recreational facility areas. e. Smoking is not allowed in any of the recreational facilities at any time. f. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in or around the recreational facilities.
