The postcode is LS23 6LT. Please do NOT go to the main house entrance as these gates will not be open during the event weekend. Strictly no parking on the roads leading up to and around Bramham Park; cars parked on the roads will be towed away. For directions other than by road please go to the Getting There page on the TW website http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/getting-there/

Car Parking ( 5 per car) The main car park is located in the adjacent field to the Event Village. If the overflow car park is required, this is a 5-10 minute walk from the Event Village. Car Parking is charged at 5 per car. Please try and have the correct money ready when entering the car park to help the traffic flow. Please also try to car share where possible. Any bus/coach above 16 seats MUST pre-book parking. If you are planning to come in a coach, please email thechief@totalwarrior.co.uk to reserve a space. Any coaches that are not booked in advance, will not be able to park on site. Registration Registration opens at 8am for competitors (8:30am Sunday) in the registration marquee, which is on the way to the Event Village from the car park. We advise participants to arrive 1 hour before their start time to give plenty of time to register etc. Event Waiver IMPORTANT Please read, print and complete the event day waiver and bring it with you on event day. No Waiver, no race! You can download a blank waiver via the 'Downloads' page of the TW website - http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/learn-more/downloads/ Event Ticket All participants received an event ticket on their initial event confirmation email. You need to bring this with you on event day, both electronic and hard copies are accepted. In case you have misplaced this, you will receive an email from Eventbrite in the coming days containing a copy of your ticket. You can also access your event ticket through your Eventbrite login. Bib Number and Timing Chip When you register in the registration marquee, you will be given your bib number (with a tear off part to go around your wrist) and a yellow Total Warrior headband. Please write your bib number on the Warrior headband clearly. This helps us to easily identify participants and also helps the photographers to allocate images to bib numbers. You will also be given a timing chip, which is to be fixed to your shoe. Make sure this is tied tightly in the laces (ties are provided and help will be given on the day if you are unsure), as the chip may fall off during the Total Warrior obstacles. If you lose your timing chip you will NOT get a time at the end of the event so please double check your ties. You will be able to see your race time instantly on laptops onsite and also on the Results page of the Total Warrior website. Final Start Wave Time Confirmation Final wave times have now been allocated and these can checked via the Downloads page on the TW website - http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/learn-more/downloads/. You MUST check which wave you have been allocated as most start times have moved slightly.

If members of the same team are assigned to a different start wave, the entire team is permitted to join the wave allocated to the Team Captain. Individuals and new teams who registered after midnight on 16th June will NOT appear on the wave time links on the website. For anyone who registered after midnight on 16 th June, the start time they selected when registering is their official start time on the day. Allocated start waves are final and cannot be changed. IMPORTANT - At registration participants must bring their signed written waiver, even though you have already ticked an electronic waiver when registering. For insurance purposes a hard copy waiver also has to be signed. We have attached a copy for you to read through and sign before you arrive on site. Do Not Forget It! Key Drop There will be a key drop on site charged at 2 per set of keys and there will also be limited space to leave small bags, which will be charged at 3 per bag. All keys and bags are left 100% at the owners risk. Start Competitors MUST be in the start area no later than 10 minutes before their race time for a course safety briefing. This is mandatory for all competitors. The Start is marked by a large race arch (and Start flags) and is located on the front, left of the main house. However, you have an initial obstacle to overcome along with a brief warm up, so we advise you to get to the start 10-15 minutes before your start time. Fancy Dress We welcome fancy dress and have a prize for the best costume each day but please consider what you are wearing. You will take on many different obstacles during the course (including 600mm tunnels) so please do not come in an elephant costume! Total Warrior reserves the right to adapt/restrict certain costumes if they are deemed to be potentially dangerous to participants, but get creative as we love to see fancy dress! The Course Note: Due to weather conditions, flooding and other restrictions, it is possible that the course may change at short notice and that some obstacles may be altered or removed completely. Course Safety Warning: The course is designed to be very difficult and the terrain is often muddy, slippery, and potentially dangerous. You will be wet and muddy after the first mile. If you do not feel comfortable completing any obstacle, DO NOT attempt it; speak to the marshal and he/she will allow you to continue to the next obstacle. Course Safety Continued: If you have any difficulties on the course (e.g. injury or illness) please stay on the course. Marshals are located around the course, if possible make your way to the next available marshal. If you cannot carry on, stand or sit by the side of the course and ask one of your fellow Warriors to report to the next marshal. Do not try to find a short-cut back to the Start/Finish area as it is harder for us to find you.

Water Obstacles - Strictly No Diving: All water obstacles are different depths. Strictly no diving at any water feature. If you are not a strong swimmer there are shallower options or you will be allowed to go around water obstacles. Ask the obstacle lifeguard/marshal if you are unsure of what to do or where to go. The Shocker obstacle conducts a shock of 10,000 volts. Please be advised that this obstacle is dangerous if you have certain health conditions such as epilepsy or a pacemaker. You MUST miss this obstacle if you have any concerns. If you have any other doubts or concerns, please consult your GP before participating. Drinks Station - There will be a drinks station on the course and also another at the finish line. Participants are encouraged to supplement this with personal hydration systems as well. Please make sure all waste/recycling is placed in the bins provided to help keep this beautiful area clean. Finish The finish line is next to the Event Village. When you cross the finish line our wonderful TW volunteers will help you to remove your timing chip immediately (please don t go home with it as this will cost you 5!). Heat sheets will be available at the Finish Area if required. Spectators Spectators are free, but donations to Laureus (Sport for Good) would be greatly appreciated. Spectators will be able to see the start and finish plus a number of obstacles within a few minutes of the Event Village. For those who would like to explore further, there will be yellow Spectator signs to mark the routes. Cash There are no cash machines on site so please bring enough cash with you. There are caterers, trade stands and a large bar on site. The nearest cash machine is approximately 15 minutes away by car! Merchandise Total Warrior merchandise will be available to buy on site. Payment can only be taken on the day in cash and (as above) there are no cash machines in the area. Merchandise will also be available on the TW website shop after the event via this link - https://totalwarriorshop.co.uk/ Lost and Found Any items found during the event should be handed in to the Info tent. Participants should go to the Info tent as a first point of call if they have lost items during the day. Items that remain unclaimed after event day will be taken back to the Total Warrior premises. If unclaimed after one month, items will be donated to charity.

Equipment and Clothing Participants should check the weather forecast prior to the event and come prepared accordingly. Typical trail/fell running footwear is strongly advised as there are many slippery areas around the course. For health and safety reasons, running spikes are not allowed on the course. It is likely, after completing the event, that participants will be cold and wet so a towel and warm change of clothes is essential so you can enjoy the post race beers and music in comfort. Post Party If you are wet and cold afterwards, please get dry and put your spare clothes on asap. The post party will begin around 2.30pm but the bar will be open from 10am and music will be playing all day. There is a great vibe around the Event Village so it s well worth hanging around to swap stories over a few drinks. The post party on site ends at 8pm Saturday (last orders 7pm) and around 6pm (last orders 5:30pm) on Sunday. Total Warrior Awards Although Total Warrior is more about personal challenge, we will have an awards ceremony at approximately 4pm for the following categories: Fastest 3 Males Fastest 3 Females Fastest 3 Male Veterans (40+) Fastest 3 Female Veterans (40+) Fastest Male 50+ Vet Fastest Female 50+ Vet Best Team Name Best Fancy Dress Fastest 3 Teams (based on the time the 4 th person in your team crosses the finish line) PHOTOGRAPHY Photography at the event is provided by www.mybibnumber.com. They will be taking photos at certain points around the course and at the finish area. The photo at the finish area will be FREE to download, so it is worthwhile finding the photographer in the yellow vest. All event photos will be available to view, share or purchase online via the TW website no later than 9am on Wednesday 29 th June. We will post a link on Facebook and twitter, and send an email when they are available so keep your eyes peeled after the event. Photos can be found by searching race number, top colour and/or obstacle and time. Please ensure bibs (and Warrior headbands) with your race number are always visible and positioned on your front (not back) to give the photographers the best chance of identifying you. Helicopter Drone Please be aware that there may be a remote control helicopter drone flying around the event for aerial filming and photography. Make sure you give it your best Warrior face if you see it passing!

Accommodation Please see the information on the TW website if you have not yet booked accommodation http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/leeds-accommodation/ St John s Ambulance St Johns Ambulance will be onsite to deal with first aid incidents as required. Dogs - Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at the event. Facilities On Site Catering - There will be 3 caterers on site (2 on Sunday) providing a range of good quality food and also tea and coffee. Bar - There will be a bar on site selling a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Make sure you bring cash with you as the nearest cash machine is a 15 minute drive from the venue. The bar will be open from 10am and last orders is 7pm Sat & 5:30pm Sunday. Toilets - Portable toilets are located in the event village (including a disabled toilet). Showers No official showers are available but the Hang Tough obstacle at the end of the course will give you a good clean! Please make sure you use the hand wash facilities in the event village after you finish and definitely before you eat. See you all in the mud soon! The Chief
