Directions for Use of Spa Purge and Spa Solution This is an easy two-step process. You need to remove all excess build-up of contaminants in your hot tub s system by introducing the Spa Purge before using Spa Solution. We recommend using the Spa Purge once a year for cleansing. The spa should not be used during the Spa Purge process which is anywhere from 5 to 7 days. The spa water should be changed every 3 months at which time you will need to add a bottle of Spa Solution. Step One: Spa Purge -The Penetrating Spa Cleanser- 1. Remove your cartridge filter. During the Spa Purge process, keep your filter out of the hot tub. We also recommend you replace your filter at this time. 2. Pour in one 480 ml. bottle of the Spa Purge in the existing water of your tub which needs to be maintained at a minimum of 90 degrees. If the spa is five years old or more, use two bottles of the Spa Purge to maximize the results. 3.
