ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS That Council approve the issuance of Development Variance Permit DVP1147 for the existing development at 6578 Balsam Way to vary the setbacks as follows: 1. For the existing deck, vary the minimum required front yard setback from 7.6 metres to 3.5 metres and vary the minimum required side yard setback from 3.0 metres to 2.1 metres; and 2. For the parking, vary the minimum required 1.5 metres setback from all property lines to 0.0 metres at the front and 0.66 metres at the side all as shown on the site plan dated received on 04-17-2018, prepared by the applicant, and attached as Appendix B to Administrative Report to Council No. 18-063. That Council approve the issuance of Development Variance Permit DVP1150 for the existing development at 7165 Nancy Green Drive to: 1. Vary the east side setback from 3.0 metres to 1.6 metres; and 2. Vary the rear (south side) setback from 3.0 metres to 1.0 metres
