Presentation of the 2018 Oilman of the Year Award The Carroll Willingham Virginia Oilman of the Year Award will also be presented to the honoree Sunday evening at the conclusion of dinner. Since established in 1980, the award has recognized 39 individuals for their extraordinary contributions to the petroleum industry in Virginia. The award is named after the late Carroll Willingham, a former Marathon petroleum employee and longtime supporter of VPCGA. The demonstration is held in the Culinary Arts Center located in what was formerly the bunker. 12:30 pm Catterton Memorial Golf Tournament The Meadows Course (separate registration fee) The Meadows Course, originally constructed in 1924 by Seth Raynor, was redesigned by Jack Nicklaus in 1977. The Greenbrier is the only resort course in the world to have hosted The Ryder Cup (1979) and The Solheim Cup (1994). This 6,675-yard, par 72 course is heavily wooded and demands forced carries onto the greens. The well-bunkered and terraced greens require accurate iron play and talent with the putter. The Meadows Course begins and ends at The Golf Club. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 12:30 pm and foursomes will be prearranged.

Members will hear from John Patrick, COO of Liberty Petroleum, Frank Dotson, Pure Cooperative, and Gerry Ramm, CEO of Sprit Petroleum. In today s competitive marketplace each of these companies has established programs designed to improve the bottom line for their customers. Participants will discuss imaging, supply, payments processing and how their brands can bene it your bottom line. Real ID DMV October 1, 2018 will be an important day for all Virginia's as that begins a two year phase in of the State's Real ID program. This program which was mandated by Congress in response to 9/11 requires that all residents have an upgraded secure Real ID license.
