NOTE Existing chlorinated rubber coated pools: Determining the composition of an existing pool coating prior to recoating is vitally important. Refer: Nutech Coating Test Kit and TDS for further information. NuPool Epoxy IS NOT a suitable system to recoat existing chlorinated rubber finishes. Chlorinated rubber coated surfaces should either be removed using Nu EcoSafe Stripper or recoat using NuPool Chlorinated Rubber. For further support or assistance please contact Nutech Paint. Tip: Mixing/ Thinning For pool steps, a thin layer of a Nutech AntiSlip product may be applied by following the instructions in the AntiSlip TDS. Prior to Commencement: Stir product thoroughly prior to use. NOTE: Stirring by hand with a stirring stick is inadequate - Drill mix recommended Bare concrete surfaces (Brush/ Roller): 1 st Coat Mix: Add: 20% EPiC Epoxy500 Thinners (First coat only) Stir for 1 minute prior to immediate use. 2 nd Coat Mix: NuPool Epoxy.
