Is there sufficient space at the main events arena for the referees, judges, technical panel, announcers, accountants, music personnel, etc. to be seated rinkside with clear viewing lanes to all areas of the competition ice surface? 2. Does the main event arena have any permanent advertising that cannot be removed or draped? If yes, please provide a list of advertisers. U.S. Figure Skating has the right to request that the main competition venue have clean boards for these championships. 3. Attach arena diagrams showing ice entrances/exits, zamboni entrance, back of house/event level, etc. 4. If the main event arena has a Jumbotron (or similar video screens) and matrix boards, will U.S. Figure Skating/LOC be able to use them throughout the competition at no charge? 5. In the event that the Championships are televised/webcast live, will the main events arena waive the hook-up fee and provide power at no charge for the television trucks? 6. Will U.S. Figure Skating merchandise be able to be sold in the competition arena at no cost to U.S. Figure Skating? 7. Will the competition venue/loc provide U.S. Figure Skating and designated booth space as outlined in the Agreement to Host? 8. Discuss with the sales manager the challenge that lower advertised internet rates bring to the LOC and stress that the group rates need to be lower than all internet rates to promote booking through the room block. 3. Please provide an area map showing venue locations, hotels and nearby restaurants. 4. Please include a listing of available additional hotels in the area showing the number of rooms, room rates, and distances from the official hotels and rinks. 5. Will host hotel provide all meeting space at no cost if it is utilized for event functions (if applicable)? 6. Will any complimentary parking be available at the hotel for official delegations?
