We move people better with our stepless and automatic shifting products. www.nuvincicycling.com

About us NuVinci Cycling, a division of Fallbrook Technologies Inc., aims to move people better through its product portfolio of stepless, automatic and integrated shifting products for bicycles and ebikes. The first commercial product incorporating NuVinci technology was the N170 continuously variable transmission (CVT) for bicycles introduced in September 2006, followed by the lighter weight and smaller N360 model in 2010, and the Harmony auto-shifting system for bicycles (incorporating the N360) in 2011. Current NuVinci Optimized cycling products include the Nfinity and Harmony group sets, which comprise newer versions of the transmissions and controllers. NuVinci Cycling products are available in over 100 bicycle brands. Fallbrook Technologies Inc. is the developer of the patented NuVinci continuously variable planetary (CVP) technology, which can improve the performance and efficiency of machines that use a transmission, engine, pump, motor or gear including bicycles, cars and trucks, industrial equipment and many others. Fallbrook, with its development community, provides the technology, tools, and know-how to help companies quickly move from R&D to market commercialization. In 2006, NuVinci Cycling, a division of Fallbrook Technologies, was formed to support and sell the Nfinity bicycle transmission and the Harmony auto-shifting system for bicycles. Fallbrook is based in Cedar Park, near Austin in the U.S. state of Texas, and holds rights to over 800 patents and patent applications worldwide.

It s all about the NuVinci hub. The NuVinci transmission technology is revolutionary and takes cycling to the next level. The special NuVinci Optimized hub features rotating balls that, over its ratio range, permit an infinite number of ratios between incoming power (from the pedals) and outgoing power (via the chain on the bike). A manual or automatic controller tilts the balls on the horizontal axis, causing the gear ratio to change, and the rider lets up or applies pressure to the pedals accordingly. As a result, damaged shift cables and maintenance to fix malfunctioning gears are a thing of the past. With the continuously variable NuVinci Optimized transmission, cyclists will progress effortlessly from one gear ratio to the next, making pedaling a breeze! The N380, N380SE, and N380x feature a ratio range of 380%. The N380x is warranted to support higher-powered mid-motor ebikes (up to 100 Nm and 500 W) as well as cargo bikes (up to 500 W and 280 kg). The N330 and N330f have a ratio range of 330%. For exact specifications please visit: www.nuvincicycling.com. STEPLESS SHIFTING AS SIMPLE AS ADJUSTING THE VOLUME ON A RADIO. AUTOMATIC SHIFTING WHY BOTHER SWITCHING GEARS MANUALLY? The revolutionary NuVinci Optimized transmission provides a perfectly relaxed ride and a smooth, stepless progression from one ratio to another, literally with a twist of the wrist. NuVinci technology means: concentrating less on operating the bike and more on what s important! For example, the traffic or just the beauty of the surroundings. The NuVinci continuously variable planetary (CVP) technology forms the foundation for the revolutionary Nfinity bicycle transmission, which can be adapted easily to meet individual cycling needs. Whether a rider is waiting at a stoplight or straining against a headwind, with NuVinci Optimized components, the ideal gear ratio will always be set. No more step changes, empty pedaling, or creaking. Simply enjoying a smooth ride. With the Harmony group sets, riding an ebike will become even more comfortable. The rider selects the pedaling rhythm, and the technology does the rest. As a result, a steady paces is maintained, regardless of inclines or wind. What s more, the Harmony system automatically starts in a low gear ratio, making it easy to start pedaling after coming to a stop. Finally, there s the fully integrated Harmony H Sync group set, which can be integrated into the existing ebike control unit without requiring an additional shifter on the handlebars.

STEPLESS MANUAL: NFINITY With the unique Nfinity group sets, riders can change the gear ratio between the pedals and rear wheel in one continuous motion. Just by twisting the controller (C3, C3f, C8, C8s ) slightly on the handlebar and the gear ratio is changed to any ratio within its range. This is easy to do, no matter if cyclists are freewheeling, pedaling under load, or waiting at a stoplight. The Nfinity group sets include NuVinci Optimized hubs with either the C3, C3f, C8, or the C8s. The C3 provides the same functionality as the C8 but without a display. Moreover, the group sets are practically maintenance-free, since they are made up of self-contained systems. They are also specially designed to withstand the high torque of an ebike and can be combined with a belt drive. Stepless shifting Effortless shifting, even under load Greater gear ratio range than many conventional shifting systems STEPLESS AUTOMATIC: HARMONY The Harmony group sets add an additional element of comfort to the NuVinci CVP technology for the continuously variable transmission. This is because the Harmony system offers a unique automatic continuously variable shifting system to those who d rather not worry about shifting at all. Riders set their preferred cadence, and the NuVinci Optimized transmission is controlled automatically so that they can always pedal at the same pace, even up or down hill. There are also two options: Using the small, easy-to-operate H3 controller of the Harmony 330 groupset, and choosing between three preset cadences (slow, medium, and fast). The H8 controller of the Harmony 380 groupset allows bikers to set the cadence. If they want to take over, they can turn off the automatic shifting with the press of a button. Stepless shifting Effortless shifting, Greater gear ratio range Comfortable pedaling even under load than many conventional at your desired preset shifting systems cadence STEPLESS AUTOMATIC & INTEGRATED: HARMONY H Sync With the Harmony H Sync group set, the control of the revolutionary NuVinci transmission technology is fully integrated into the drivetrain control unit of the ebike. Not only will riders experience the fantastic feeling of cycling with smooth, stepless, and automatic shifting, they will also get to enjoy the most uncomplicated ebike handling on the market! No need for a separate shifter with the Harmony H Sync system. Riders can simply use the on-board computer or control unit of their ebike motor for the few settings they still need to carry out that aren t taken over by the automatic continuously variable system. Stepless shifting Effortless shifting, Greater gear ratio range Comfortable pedaling Full integration with even under load than many conventional at your desired preset ebike drive and no shifting systems cadence additional shifter
