In April I sent out a email from 4-H Online to all the families in Brown County 4-H asking them to confirm that the email address that received the email was a current address and was one that they frequently check. The reason for this email, FairEntry will be sending invoices to the families using the family email address. I have not gotten a lot of responses yet. Please check your email and respond to it or if you have not received it please let the office know so that I can either update the email or discuss the next plan of action. The email was originally sent on Tue, Apr 12, 2016. Thank you for the help in hopes that we can make the process as easy as possible this year. Payment Process for State Events Using FairEntry In the past, the Brown County 4-H Office has collected payments for State Events and sent one check to the State 4-H Office. Going forward, we will NOT be doing this process. Each family will be in charge of registering for the state event through FairEntry and then sending a check to the State 4-H Office. Only send check payment to the State 4-H Office, their mailing address is: SD State 4-H Office, SDSU, Berg Agricultural Hall, Box: 2207E Brookings, SD 57007. Checks received by the Brown County 4-H Office will be sent back to the sender. Any questions please call the Brown County 4-H Office. Brown County 4-H T-Shirt Design Contest The last couple of years, Brown County 4-H has been fortunate to receive 4-H T-Shirts to wear at the different 4-H Events during the Brown County Fair and afterwards. Please be aware that your design may be an IDEA from which the final shirt is made. There are guidelines that need to be followed when using 4-H and the Emblem, please find a handout attached. Please submit your ideas by May 27. We do appreciate the sponsors which make the shirts possible. Shirt sizes will be designated when you register your projects on FairEntry.
