CHOO OFF THE TOP: Shin-Soo Choo hit his 3rd leadoff HR of the season last night, the 5th by a Ranger, and the 23rd of his career he has hit 12 of his 23 leadoff HR with Texas, the 2nd-highest total in club history to only Ian Kinsler (29) each of Choo s 23 leadoff HR have come since 2012, the 3rd-highest total in MLB in that span to only Charlie Blackmon (26) and Kinsler (24) Choo had gone homerless in 16 straight since last long ball on 6/25 at NYY.
