5 QUICKWALL : Features & Benefits KEY BENEFITS MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS Flexible, Customizable Design Choose between 12 and 18 fine mesh wire baskets available in 18, lengths. Available in 6, 7, 12, or 14 basket configurations. Wire mesh baskets can be mounted on louvered panels or a cantilever pedestal frame. Available in stationary, mobile, or wall-mounted variations to meet most open storage requirements. Four different adjustable dividers provide endless storage system configuration options. Frames: Constructed of boxed steel and finished in a cool white powder coat. Baskets: Fine mesh design with ½ square openings and a medical grade nickel chrome finish. Casters: 4 x 1 ¼ in size with a weight capacity of 330 lb. for static loads and 200 lb. for dynamic loads. Mounts to ¾ steel bar to help prevent a larger footprint and prevent units from becoming top heavy. Solid Shelves/Dust Covers: Constructed from solid, powdercoated steel with turn down edges for additional rigidity. Total Load Capacity: Cart load capacity is rated at 100 lb. per basket.
