3 A WELCOME FROM EDDIE HEARN HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE TD GARDEN IN BOSTON AS WE LIGHT UP THIS FANTASTIC ARENA WITH A TRIPLE-HEADER OF WORLD TITLE ACTION. Demetrius Andrade tops the bill and the unbeaten star can make a major move in what he dubbed the new glamour division if he lands the vacant WBO World Middleweight title. Demetrius is gunning to become a three-time two-weight World champion tonight, and with Saul Canelo Alvarez signing with DAZN and Matchroom Boxing USA stablemate Daniel Jacobs looking to land the IBF crown next weekend, the Rhode Island star is on the cusp of some massive unification fights in Walter Kautondokwa has other ideas, and although he s taken this golden chance at two weeks notice, the unbeaten Namibian insists he s ready to shock the world and The Executioner has the power to do it. Katie Taylor is a superstar all over the world, and tonight I believe she can make Boston a second-home as she defends her IBF and WBA World Lightweight titles against Cindy Serrano. Irish sensation Katie has been a big hit here with the Irish fans in this great city and this is going to be the sort of fan-friendly fight that Katie always delivers, and she s going to be welcomed back with open arms. Tevin Farmer s fantastic journey continues with a first defence of his IBF Super-Featherweight title against James Tennyson. Tevin s story is an inspiring one, and now the Philadelphian ace is at the top table at 128lbs, he s looking for the big-guns but Tevin knows that James has earned his shot and is a big-punching Belfast dangerman. The rest of the bill is packed with bouts and great local fighters. The winner of the clash between Kid Galahad and Toka Kahn Clary will be mandatory to fight for the IBF Featherweight title while Tommy Coyle and Ryan Kielczweski meet over ten rounds at Super-Lightweight a pair of pick em fights that I can t wait for. 4 ANDRADE: I M READY TO RULE THE MIDDLEWEIGHT WORLD DEMETRIUS ANDRADE CAN BECOME A TWO-WEIGHT WORLD CHAMPION TONIGHT AND SAYS A LATE CHANGE OF OPPONENT WON T ALTER HIS DESTINY. The Rhode Island ace and former Super-Welterweight World ruler was scheduled to take on WBO champion Billy Joe Saunders, but the Brit failed a drugs test and vacated the title after being denied a license in Massachusetts. WBO #2 Walter Kautondokwa brings an unbeaten 17-0 record with 16 KOs to the table from Namibia on two weeks notice but Boo Boo says the switch won t stop him from making his first fight after a year out of action a successful one. I ve been boxing for a long time and in the amateurs, you would never really know who you were going to fight in tournaments, said Andrade. It s nothing new. We don t prepare for one style, we prepare to fight and we ll make adjustments. I ve been inactive for a year but Billy Joe felt the need to do this to beat me. It s a compliment. I wanted to fight him, but VADA is the gold standard of drug testing in all sports, and the commission did their job to look after fighters. Billy Joe has been pulling out of a lot of fights and misbehaving, so he was either going to get his ass whooped by me or he was going to get stripped. It s not my business. Walter is the number two guy he would have been next anyway after I d beaten Billy Joe, he hasn t come out of nowhere. He s not well known but he s ranked and worthy. The Middleweight rankings certainly back up Andrade s assertion that it s turning into the money division with some huge names. Saul Canelo Alvarez defeated Gennady Golovkin to hold the WBA, WBC and Ring magazine straps, while Daniel Jacobs and Sergiy Derevyanchenko battle for the vacant IBF crown in Brooklyn next Saturday. Andrade has his eyes on them and there are plenty of other exciting fighters around the weight and just below that who also catch his eye and the 30 year old hopes that victory will open the doors to mega fights in 2019 and beyond. I think Middleweight can be the new glamour division in boxing, said Andrade. We have big names at 160lbs and even at 154lbs, those guys are going to grow and they ll have to come up, look at Jarrett Hurd, he s a big guy. The division is hot and it s going to get hotter. If everyone involved with the elite does their jobs, we can make these big fights. It takes two to tango and the window is starting to close on those fights. People get old, people move on, and people look to run around and fight lesser guys like the Charlos do. I don t look forward to those fights, I want to fight the best - only and often. We re all going to make money - so let s decide who is the best, and let s get the elite in with the elite. Don t get in with has-beens or the guys on the way out, get in with the hungry guys. I m at 160lbs to show I am still the biggest, baddest wolf out there, and I m ready to bite.

5 KAUTONDOKWA: I CAN SHOCK THE WORLD AGAINST ANDRADE WALTER KAUTONDOKWA SAYS HE WILL SHOCK THE WORLD AND KO DEMETRIUS ANDRADE WHEN THEY CLASH AT THE TD GARDEN IN BOSTON ON OCTOBER 20. Kautondokwa has replaced Billy Joe Saunders in the bout with the unbeaten former Super-Welterweight World ruler, and The Executioner is full of belief that he can add to his formidable knockout record in Massachusetts having already been in camp. The Namibian has only been the full distance once, on his September 2103 debut, and the 33 year old has blasted six foes away in the opening session and 14 of his opponents before the halfway point of their contests. Boo Boo Andrade must reset his radar from training for the tricky southpaw Saunders to the big-hitting African, and Kautondokwa has inspiration close to home in his camp for his first World title fight. Kautondokwa s stable-mate Julius Indongo landed a World title clash at late notice and starched Eduard Troyanovsky inside a round in Russia to win the IBF Super-Lightweight crown to crash into the elite, going on to face Terence Crawford for all the titles at 140lbs and #2-rated WBO Middleweight Kautondokwa believes he can make the same impact at 160lbs. This is a huge opportunity for me and one I will take with both hands, said Kautondokwa. I ve been in the gym and I am 100 per cent ready to get to Boston and add Demetrius to my KO record. I ve earned my spot as the number two challenger in the division and I fear no man Demetrius is a great fighter, but I know that I can KO any 160lber in the world, and that includes Andrade. He s been preparing for Billy Joe, who is a technical guy that doesn t have power I am going to be a nightmare for him and I am ready to become a major player in the Middleweight division. I m a proud Namibian and I want to bring the title home. When you are in Africa, you have to work your way up to the top of the rankings to get an opportunity. If I was in Europe or America, I would have already boxed for the World title. I ve been in the gym and waiting for a chance, I cannot let the opportunity go so I have made sure I am ready and working in the gym, but I ve pushed myself hard to get myself in the best shape to win this fight. It s not an ideal camp but I am a man, a soldier is always ready to go to war and that s what I am.

6 FARMER: I DON T NEED DAVIS I WANT HIM! TEVIN FARMER IS TARGETING A MEGA FIGHT WITH GERVONTA DAVIS BUT KNOWS HE MUST BE ON HIS GUARD AS HE DEFENDS HIS IBF WORLD FEATHERWEIGHT TITLE AGAINST JAMES TENNYSON. Farmer makes the first defense of the crown he picked up in convincing fashion in August, flooring Australian Billy Dib in the ninth round of their clash in Sydney en-route to a landslide points win. That win for the Philadelphia ace finally saw him reach the summit after a tumultuous journey to World title glory that saw a debut loss followed by further early career defeats, a shot hand and then receiving a rough decision in his first World title battle with Kenichi Ogawa in December, where his controversial split decision loss was then overturned to a no contest after the Japanese failed a drugs test. Now the 28 year old has a World title around his waist, American Idol is in no mood to let it go. Tennyson has more than earned his crack at the champ, but Farmer wants a statement victory in Boston to lead to a showdown with Tank Davis, and believes his new set-up with DiBella Entertainment, Matchroom Boxing USA and DAZN can deliver that blockbuster clash. it s beautiful to have this support and backing now from Lou, Eddie and DAZN, said Farmer. We can really talk our stuff now, I ve got the big money behind me to make any fight. It feels so good to be told I am going to be busy. Three fights - I can t go four months without fighting, that s great. I have a big fight on Saturday and I m not over-looking James. you don t get to this level for no reason and I know he s going to come to fight and try to beat me, but that s not going to be easy - he needs to make sure he brings his A-game. I want to fight Gervonta Davis. I have a title, I have a great contract, so I don t need him - but I have to have that fight. There s been a lot of talking but I am about handling business. We ve talked enough, I want the fight so let s make it happen. There s no more get a title talk, there s millions of dollars in that fight and it can be made, it s one of the biggest fights in boxing. I don t have to chase anyone, I m the money out there now, get your ticket and I ll pick it. The best want to fight the best and it s got to happen. I am a fighter, that s all I want, let s leave the streets on the streets and doing the fighting in the ring.

7 TENNYSON: I LL GRAB FARMER S TITLE IN STYLE JAMES TENNYSON SAYS THE TEAM OF IBF SUPER-FEATHERWEIGHT CHAMPION TEVIN FARMER DIDN T KNOW WHO HE WAS WHEN HE ARRIVED IN BOSTON TO LAUNCH HIS CHALLENGE FOR THE TITLE BUT THEY LL BE HAUNTED BY HIS NAME WHEN HE Tennyson fights for a World title for the first time against the Philadelphian, who is making the maiden defense of his crown. The Belfast banger met Farmer at a press conference in August to announce the fight and the size difference between the diminutive champion and the 25 year old challenger meant Farmer s team was unsure who he was! His coach didn t really seem to know who I was, said Tennyson. I think they might have been surprised at how big I was. I was surprised at how small he looked you would have thought he was a weight class or so below me. I couldn t believe how small he was. I m a lot bigger and a lot stronger than him so it s going to be a hell of a night for him it s going to be a tough night s work for him but I m not putting all my eggs in one basket because he s a tricky customer so I have to go in openminded and be prepared for a hard fight. I ve had similar styles through my last few previous fights really tricky customers so I ll be well prepared for Farmer s style. Farmer won the IBF version of the super-featherweight title in December last year and made a successful defence in Australia against Billy Dib in August. After spells working as a delivery man for a drinks company, as an electrician s mate and as a personal trainer, Tennyson has devoted himself to boxing full-time as he prepares to become World champion and secure a financially sound future for his family. I did stuff to keep me going and fund my boxing career if I had to go out and do a bit of work to keep me going in the gym then so be it, said Tennyson. There has been plenty of improvements since I went fulltime, you re able to get back in the gym and work on things and try new things and become the finished article for becoming World champion.

8 TAYLOR: BOSTON CAN BECOME MY SECOND HOME KATIE TAYLOR BELIEVES ANOTHER SHOW-STEALING PERFORMANCE IN HER WBA AND IBF WORLD LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE DEFENSE AGAINST CINDY SERRANO AT THE TD GARDEN IN BOSTON TONIGHT. Taylor puts her titles on the line for the second time since picking the titles up in a war with Victoria Bustos in Brooklyn, New York in April, and her clash with Serrano marks Taylor s third outing in America. The 32 year old is sure to be a great hit with the Irish fans in Boston, and Taylor believes that taking over the Massachusetts capital and building a fan base to come back and unify the 135lbs division. I m so excited about this fight, said Taylor. The fact it s in Boston means it s going to be like a home from home for me in there with all the Irish support. The Irish support in Boston is incredible and I ve been lucky enough to have attended a few Red Sox games, I ve become a fan since moving to Connecticut - it s great that they are in the play-offs, but I m all focused on my fight. I love fighting in the US and this is a really big fight with a big name on a huge platform in Boston and on DAZN. These are the kinds of fights that I am in the sport for. It s been an incredible journey so far. I am probably the highest paid female fighter in the World thanks to Eddie and Matchroom, I spoke to a lot of promoters before I spoke to Eddie and he really did have the same vision that I had. Eddie was as excited as me about the future, and now I have the chance to be a part of the new venture with DAZN too which is great for me. I am developing a fan base in the US as well as back home in Ireland and the UK, it s such an exciting time for me and I am loving the pro game. Taylor believes her clash with Puerto Rico s Serrano will be her toughest fight to date but insists she is prepared for anything the former World Champion will bring to the table. We re a similar size and I ve watched videos of her so I know what to expect, she s a very solid and experienced opponent and I can t wait for the challenge. Size, reach and all that never concerns me, I always prepare hard so I am ready for whatever I face, I have a lot of great sparring on-hand for any challenge. The former amateur standout continues to improve away from the limelight with trainer Ross Enamait in Connecticut. Taylor believes he is the man to guide her to further World title glory. You have to have good variety in sparring, sometimes you need to practice things, and sometimes you need to feel challenged and targeted. Thankfully I have a great trainer in Ross Enamait who knows exactly what sparring I need and when, I have complete trust in him and he sorts everything for me. We re in Connecticut and I love it there, it s quiet and I can just get on with me work.

9 SERRANO: TAYLOR IS THE MONEY FIGHT CINDY SERRANO IS CONFIDENT THAT SHE CAN SPRING A MONUMENTAL UPSET OF KATIE TAYLOR AT THE TD GARDEN IN BOSTON. It has been a long and hard road to the top for the mother of two, but Serrano, older sister of five-weight Champion Amanda, believes it is her time to shine. Undefeated since 2012, the older Serrano is adamant she can curtail any talk of Taylor facing her sister in what would be a mega fight for the women s professional ranks. I ve been doing this for 16 years and I got paid $350 for my pro debut. The money does help but as long as the recognition is there, I m at the point where I m in it for the glory and for people to watch women s boxing TV as there are talented women fighters out there but they tend to leave to do other sports because we re not getting enough money or fights. If you look at my record I ve taken time off and that sucks, but I had to do it. It was a long road from the start and so I had to do the personal training. Boxing makes me happy, that s why I do it, not for financial gains, and that s why people are targeting fights with Katie because her promotional team are one of the good ones. A lot of promoters don t believe in women s boxing and they don t listen to the feedback. Dana White from UFC said he would never put a female on his cards but some of the women in UFC are the top draws for him. Serrano, 36, won the WBO featherweight title last year and has moved up in weight to 135lbs to take on Taylor, but has previously fought above the lightweight limit and doesn t expect it to be an issue. Female fighters just have to go up and down, you have to go where the fights make sense and this fight does make sense. New York-based Serrano has a record of 27 wins, three draws and five defeats, and is expecting her battle with Irish sensation Taylor to go the distance. Styles makes fights, Katie hasn t fought anyone who has my style and I m ready. I have trained hard for 10 rounds and I m in great shape and excited for the fight. I m hype and happy and it will be a great fight. It will definitely go the distance and may the best woman win if it s me, it s me; if it s her, it s her. It s definitely going to be an entertaining fight over 10 rounds. All 10 rounds. Katie is a hard worker and a tremendous fighter so I know it s going to be a great fight, but I m a great fighter myself, I ve trained hard and I m ready for this challenge - we re going to prove that women s boxing is where it s at.

10 GALAHAD: I WANT YORKSHIRE DERBY WITH WARRINGTON KID GALAHAD SAYS HE WANTS TO SET UP AND ALL-YORKSHIRE WORLD TITLE BATTLE WITH IBF FEATHERWEIGHT CHAMPION JOSH WARRINGTON AS HE FACES TOKA KAHN CLARY IN A FINAL ELIMINATOR FOR THE TITLE AT THE TD GARDEN. Galahad can make that major step towards the World title fight he s craved with by taking the mandatory position with victory over the Rhode Island man, and the Brit will then return home to Sheffield and wait for Warrington to defend his title against former IBF ruler and two-weight king Carl Frampton in December. Galahad is rooting for the champion to defeat the Belfast man so that they can set up a tasty local derby in 2019, and the visitor aims to impress on his US debut as he hunts that massive night. I hope Josh wins, said Galahad. That is a big Yorkshire derby, Leeds versus Sheffield, that s a big fight. When you are a Brit, you have to shine when you are on this stage in the US. There s no point going in there to pitter-patter your way through 12 rounds - I m coming for blood and to hurt him. I want to stand out and steal the show. If I get that mandatory position, there s no excuses, nowhere to run. I hope that they don t vacate the title and go elsewhere, that fight has to be made. If Josh wins I don t think he d vacate, but Carl might as he s done it before, vacated the WBA instead of fighting Guillermo Rigondeaux. It s a great division with Leo Santa Cruz, Gary Russell Jr. and Oscar Valdez in there as champions, Joseph Diaz, but first of all I have business with Toka, and then back home there s Josh, Carl and Scott Quigg. Quigg appears on tonight s bill in eight round action following his bruising clash with WBO champion Valdez, where the Bury man came up short after failing to make the weight. Former WBA champion Quigg who lost to Frampton in a unification battle in February 2016 and Galahad have had words in the past and could make for a frosty fight week in Massachusetts, with Galahad reaffirming his dislike for the Freddie Roach-trained man. I don t like him, he thinks he s better than he is, and I d love to smash him, said Galahad. Scott has come up short and I think that people would expect me to win, so I d rather fight Josh or Carl, we re the big three in Britain. You don t get anything for second place, and he s come up short in the two biggest fights he s had. Would I give him the fight that he wouldn t give me? If the money is right then I d fight anyone, but if you offered him 5million he probably still wouldn t take it as he knows I d paste him from pillar to post.

11 CLARY: GALAHAD HAS NEVER SEEN A FIGHTER LIKE ME TOKA KAHN CLARY SAYS KID GALAHAD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HANG WITH HIM AS THEY CLASH TO TAKE THE MANDATORY POSITION FOR THE IBF WORLD FEATHERWEIGHT TITLE. Clary and Galahad battle it out to face the winner of the great December fight between champion Josh Warrington and former World ruler Carl Frampton in England and tonight s winner will be the next man to face one of those top Brit fighters. Sheffield slickster Galahad believes he ll set up an all-yorkshire battle with unbeaten Leeds man but after a fractious build-up at the opening press conference, Rhode Island man Clary is ready to punish the visitor on home turf and then travel to the UK to win the belt. This is just the boxing game there s a lot of talk but at the end of the day, you have to get in there and fight when that s done, said Clary. After I beat on him, we re going to shake hands. He s a solid fighter with nice boxing skills, but he s also a cheater. I have never taken a shortcut to get here, I ve worked my way into this position and done everything that I am supposed to do. He s trained well and it s a great opportunity for both of us so I m sure we ll both put it on the line. I don t care about Carl and Josh - the only person on my mind is Kid Galahad, no-one else matters. After I get the win I ll be ready for anything, but right now, it s all about him. Win this and then we ll sit down and look at the next step. I know that I am the stronger, bigger and faster fighter. He s never faced anyone like me, no-one can mimic my style, they can t do what I do - I m a special fighter and I ll show that tonight.

12 COYLE: I M LIVING THE AMERICAN DREAM TOMMY COYLE SAYS HE S IN THE BEST PLACE OF HIS LIFE AS HE PREPARES TO SEE A CHILDHOOD DREAM BECOME A REALITY. The former Commonwealth lightweight champion has relinquished that belt to pursue a long-held ambition of fighting in the United States. Making his Stateside bow at the TD Garden is Boston this evening, the 29-year-old takes on The Polish Prince Ryan Kielczweski as part of a packed bill promoted by Matchroom Boxing USA. Coyle and his team concluded his fight preparations in the Big Apple, with the Hull boxing star excited to see a life-long dream finally come true. I m super excited right now and I m making sure this is a once in a lifetime trip for me and my team, said Coyle. I ve always wanted to box in America and to do it on a big show like this in a city like Boston, it s a dream come true. Every young kid growing up in the UK wants to come over America to have a fight. But I m not here for the experience. I m here to win and to impress too because I think the Americans are going to love my style and I m determined to make sure I go home having left my mark on the American fans. I m going to give a massive performance and the Americans are going to love it. It s fantastic being over here and I m feeling like I m in the best place I ve ever been. Training has gone great, the camp and sparring has been better than ever, outside the gym everything is going well and physically and mentally I ve never been better. I think I m about to give my career best performance.

13 KIELCZWESKI: THIS IS GOING TO BE AN ALL-OUT WAR QUINCY S RYAN KIELCZWESKI STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE TO FACE TOMMY COYLE AT SHORT NOTICE AFTER THE HULL MAN S ORIGINAL OPPONENT DANNY O CONNOR PULLED OUT DUE TO INJURY, AND THE POLISH PRINCE IS OUT TO SPOIL COYLE S BIG NIGHT. The Boston native comes into tonight s fight off the back of three big consecutive knockouts and will be looking to continue his hot streak when he takes on former Commonwealth Lightweight Champion Coyle. Kielczweski, 29-3 with 11 KOs, last fought Sept. 8 at Plainridge Park Casino, when he scored a thirdround knockout over Miguel Angel Mendoza. That followed firstround stoppages of Israel Rojas in April, and Francisco Medel last December, and the 29-year-old is expecting more fireworks tonight. I was scheduled for the November fight already, before the call for this fight came along, said Kielczweski. This one is for a lot more money, so I said Sure, why not? If everything goes well, I ll still keep that November date, too. I have been able to watch some YouTube clips Tommy, and he seems to have a little trouble with opponents who move, so I ve made a note of that and incorporated it into my training. I m expecting this fight to be an all-out war. Our styles are going to gel nicely and it will be a fun fight for the fans. Tommy is by far the toughest fight of my career and a win tonight on a huge platform like DAZN would push my name into the limelight. All of my family and friends are here tonight watching me so I can t screw this up. It was a risk taking this fight at short notice but you have to take your opportunities in this sport.

14 QUIGG: I WANT A WORLD TITLE FIGHT NEXT SCOTT QUIGG SAYS TWO-WEIGHT WORLD TITLE GLORY IS HIS GOAL AS HE RETURNS TO ACTION AT THE TD GARDEN IN BOSTON. Quigg s last outing saw him face WBO Featherweight king Oscar Valdez in Carson, Ca. in March and although Quigg was unable to land the title having missed the weight after a foot injury hampered his camp, the pair served up a rollercoaster classic that the champion took despite a broken jaw. The former WBA Super- Bantamweight champion wants to build on his blossoming relationship with hall of fame trainer Freddie Roach, and is hunting a showdown with Mexican star Leo Santa Cruz as well as rematches with Valdez and Brit foe Carl Frampton as he returns over ten rounds in Boston. I want a good solid ten round test and get a good training camp under my belt, said Quigg. I feel in great shape and I need to get some momentum going to get back in the spotlight and in the mix for the big fights, as I still believe I can become World champion again. I would fight for a World title tomorrow if I could but the belts are tied up right now. I want the biggest name possible but there s a traffic jam at the top right now so I want to keep busy, return, and then we hunt a big fight. I have to get back in the mix first and foremost and I ll fight anyone to get there, but I would love to fight Leo Santa Cruz. I think our styles would create fireworks. It s not an easy fight but it s one that I can win. Every fighter wants to avenge their losses so the Frampton and Valdez fights are fights I want, but it s up to me to get back out and get some wins to put myself in a spot to get them fights.

15 WRIGHT AND DELUCA RUMBLE AGAIN WALTER WRIGHT AND MARK DELUCA TANGLE AGAIN TONIGHT AND IT S REPEAT OR REVENGE IN A CRUNCH CLASH. Seattle man Wright travelled to Boston in June and defeated DeLuca via split decision to land the WBA- NABA Super-Welterweight title. That win ended DeLuca s unbeaten record and put Wright into the top ten in the WBA rankings, and now they meet again with the hometown man aiming to right the wrongs from their first outing. There have been worse decisions and there have been better ones, said DeLuca. I think what I want to do this time is try not to be overzealous like I was before. I think if I did anything wrong it was that I was just a bit reckless, barreling in on him. Wright turned out to be pretty calm under fire, a crafty old pro who slipped punches and moved well. I know I just need to make sure I m not leaving myself so wide open this time. I was frustrated after the loss. He kind of derailed my momentum. But I m sure that s not the first time a young prospect was upset by a crafty older veteran. I try not to hang my head too much. It s not like I got stopped, or blown out of there. I have no excuses. Some guys will say they had a bad night -- I felt good, and I don t think I had a bad night, but he had a really good night. Styles make fights, and there are a lot of variables, including the officials. He s a crafty, veteran boxer, and if people at large didn t know his name, I can assure you people in boxing know who he is. He s seen a few Mark DeLucas come along and try to beat him, and he s very poised and deliberate. I m not looking at anything except this fight in front of me, he said. I m 34, I have to treat every fight as a World title, said Kennedy. If I m losing now, I m wasting a lot of people s time.
