Point discrepancies for shows held between June 16 th and and September 15 th must be submitted by October 15 th. No changes to final point standings will be made after October 30 th. 4 VPBA/VHSA Associate Performance Year End Award First through fourth place awards are presented annually at the VHSA Annual Convention to the owners of the Registered Virginia Bred Ponies scoring the highest number of points in a Small, Medium, Large, or Green Pony Hunter section at the VHSA Associate Shows during the period December 1 to November 30. Awards are based on the official record of points kept by the VHSA. To be eligible for this award, a pony must be registered with the VPBA, exhibited under its registered name, and in the name of its last recorded owner as shown in the VPBA Registry. 1.
