2 Preword : This user manual for your new speed pulley is ment to guide you to the best use of the equipment, and to make sure that your patients safety is taken care of. This user manual is for: 1. RM art.nr T 60 speed pulley with 60 kg weightunit. 2. RM art.nr T 80 speed pulley with 80 kg weightunit. 3. RM art.nr kg extra weightunit. Read the user manual carefully before using the equipment. User manual/mounting: 1.Installation and unpacking: Inspect the wrapping carefully when receiving the apparatus, and if there re any signs of damage, contact your transporter and make the remark to them. 2.Do not remove straps that hold the wightunit until the pulley is placed where it is going to be placed. Do not carry the apparatus in gliding rods, this can cause irregularities. 3.Mounting of speed pulley to wall: a).place the speed pulley where it will be used. Remove straps around weightunit. b).fasten the two wallattachments on bottom and top part, these can be angled to go clear of floor/roof, fasten. c)if you choose a vertical position on the attachments in the bottom, you must lift the weightunit and put one of the emballage pieces between the weightunit and bottom piece. This is to make sure that you will be able to attach the wallattachments to the wall. See page 7. d).hold the apparatus against the wall with mounted wallattachments to make marks for hole in the wall. e).drill holes ø10mm for plugs and screws that is in this package. When attachment is done against a solid wooden wall, use only screws for wood. Note! When attachment to a weak wall, use other materials for attachment, so that the equipment is properly secured. When in doubt, contact an expert. C. Maintenance: 1. Hold square tube, for gliders for adjustment, clean for oil and other dirt to secure the best possible friction when locking gliders. You can use substances with alcohol, but do not touch the scale with this 2. Gliders for weightunit shall be regularly cleaned and oiled. Use silicon spray for oiling. 3. If the apparatus is attached to a wall should wallattchments be checked regularly. 4. Check rope and hooks regularly for wear and tear, if any of these parts needs to be replaced, please make contact with your dealer. Make sure to say which parts, production year and the item you are ordering to. See page 8. D. Precautions: The speed pulley must not be used for other purposes then it is ment for, with the additional equipment that is specially designed for the speed pulley. Date:

5 E. Limitations: 1. You must not pull or push on the rods on the pulley. This can cause malfunction and additional friction in the weightstack. 2. You must not use more weights on the pulley, than the actual weights that are on the speed pulley. This can cause damage both on equipment and user. 3. The apparatus must not be stored or placed in areas corresponding to swimmingpools, saunas or other areas of high humidity. This can cause corrosion and rust on the product. Date:

7 G. Area of use: This is a pulley system with a lot of training opportunities within fitness, rehabilitation and explosive sport. The speed pulley is bilateral which gives you the possibility to choose single or double training. Alternatively, two people can train single on the same unit. The speed pulley may be mounted on the wall, to Steens module or on the freestanding stand. H. Repairs: 1.Should problems arise when using the speed pulley, try to fix the problem with the help of this manual. 2. If it is still a problem, take contact with the dealer.
