They can take part in, but do not get points in these series. 3 October 5 Sunday 13:30-14:15 14:45 - Warming up Competition Junior C Senior + Junior A,B 08:00-09:40 Warming up All 09:55-14:00 Competition All 14:30 Awards Ceremony All COMPETITION SITE The competitions will be carried out in HELENA Ice arena Elblag, Poland measuring 30x60 m. The compass of the track is m, according to ISU Rules with curves of 8m. During the competitions there will be used 5 tracks with displacement of 1m each. The finish line for all distances is the same; only the starting place of the distances 500 and 1500 m will be changed; 1000 m and the relays will not be changed. EQUIPMENTS Only equipments, which are in accordance with the ISU rules, can be used in the competitions. The compulsory rounding of the corners of the blades will be controlled. ENTRIES The entries must be according to Para 4 - a, b, c, e, f Danubia Open Memorandum as follows: a) Individual entries: each ISU Member and/or their Clubs have the right to enter skaters without limitation according to ISU Regulations. b) Relay entries: each ISU Member and/or their Clubs have the right to enter one team of 4/5 (4 and 1 substitute) competitors per category. c) Members entering the relay must include those skaters who participated in the individual events. d) Entries can only be made using the electronically through the Website: indicating the right spelling name and date of birth.

4 e) Each skater has the right to start in the respective or next higher age category. The skater is not allowed to change the category during the whole season. f) ENTRY FEE: EUR 15, - p.p. Competition The fully filled up Preliminary Entries must reach the OC by September at the latest! These entries should contain the following dates: the name of Member Association or Club the number of the team members and the list of names (full names), the date of birth. Please contact to the WEBsite - manager - hermann@filipic1.at- for help to be AWARDS The first three-placed competitors of the individual competition in the overall ranking will receive medals accordingly. The skaters of the first three-placed relay teams of each category will be awarded with medals respectively.the first threeplaced competitors in overall classification of Danubia series will be awarded. LIABILITY Each competitor participating in the competition at his/her own risk and assurance. The competition is completely open for all ISU Members. HOTEL ACCOMODATION The Organizing Committee restricted to eight (8) skaters plus one (1) Team Leader for the following ISU Members : AUT, BUL, CZE, HUN, LAT, POL, ROU and SVK according to the agreed cross-hosting cooperation. ARBITER HOTEL*** Plac Słowiański Elbląg All hotel reservations will be done by the Organizing Committee. Daily cost of accommodation and catering is 35 Euro per person.
